I scheduled a cargo van and it wasn't back. Funny they have time to call storage customers all day 3 days late but not U-Haul customers. It's easy to see that on the esl. The place sucks.

Lied about dimensions of trailer. Wouldn’t refund me money when it didn’t work for my application or even call me back. Went to uhaul website and filed complaint and same result. Double charged me for rental, they did refund me for that after two online complaints. Terrible customer service at location and online.

So I've rented U-Hauls several times over the years from several locations across the country, but this is what I experienced and witnessed at this location: filthy truck, weird awful smelling chemical they spray inside to "mask" funk and keep from so much as wiping the inside of the truck. The smell was so bad I drove with the windows down in July because AC and closed windows make you gag. And hair mixed with spray made me itch to the point that I couldn't finish my trip. When I brought the truck back completing only 1/3 of my trip, I asked for a manager and what chemicals they use. I was met with attitude. When a day manager agreed to view the dirty cab and at least provide a small refund the sys wouldn't let her so I had to speak with the GM the next day. A wholly dismissive attitude and reluctance to help because according to him, they can't control what's in the seats, including hair and dirt you can see. God forbid you actually wipe it AND I had pics that I submitted before I left saying the truck was dirty. Oh and... another customer called while I was there complaining of a $900 charge on their card, they sent a family member to inquirein person.... the staff refused to speak to the customer because they were not in the store, told the family member, we're busy with other customers and he's not here. I heard it with my own ears. Refused to speak via phone about a $900 overcharge. Do NOT use this location. You've been warned.
