Bought a pen vape from here. On advice from dude behind the counter I tried it before I left. It worked and continued to work but after charging it it stopped working. I returned to the store since I never bought a pen vape before I just went in for advice really. But the same dude was behind the counter and he was everything BUT helpful as a matter of fact he was rude and not very understanding! Now I’m stuck with a pen I paid 35 dollars for that doesn’t work. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. I’ll stick to the smoke shop in Kent!!!

I opened a vape in front of the cashier that was broken and I was not allowed to refund or exchange it. Almost went for the first time in two years before I remembered! Go anywhere else for a better experience ?

The guys are great, and seem to know their products. Always genuinely friendly. I have been satisfied with my purchases from TwistedHeads. They have incense too!

This place sucks!! They jacked up the prices after I have been buying products from there for months now. They said everything went up but it is literally just the couple things I buy???? I checked prices on other things and they are the same price as before!!! So nothing else went up in price just the 3 products I buy weekly........... Super shady and not a way to keep customers. So I won't be going back.

Does not “smoke the competition” barely anything in there “smoke shop” wise, service is lackluster and everyone that walks in is getting id’d for one persons purchase even if you’re clearly much older than the soy boy with the nose piercing behind the counter asking. If you’re looking for a Vape set up though he’d be happy to sit there and talk to you about it for 10 minutes while other customers just stand there waiting to grab some paper cones and leave. Be my guest but LITERALLY anywhere else has MUCH more of what you’ll want or need for a much better price.

Nice selection. The young man working the counter was kind and helpful. I went in to purchase a new electronic smoking apparatus. I purchased the Firefly 2plus. Got it home, read what little literature there was. I hopped on the manufacturer website to get additional information, then put it on the charger. It wouldn't charge. I trouble shot for a moment with no luck. No worries, I'll return this 230 some dollar purchase and exchange or get something better.Let's start with the product was never used. It was put back in the packaging nicely, I had my receipt and I was kind to the counter folks, because not their fault. They made a phone call, not sure if owner or manager. I was told absolutely no returns. That I have to contact the manufacturer and I have to do the returns, which who knows how long this is going to take? I even offered to buy something of better value. I'm easy to work with. I just want something that works. I went to a brick and mortar store with the information I was going to pay a little more, which I did. The same product is on the manufacturer site for 175, but I didn't want to deal with the hassle which is why I was ok with it. To think I almost bought the volcano yesterday! So I'm just stuck if I make a 500 dollar purchase too?I understand business is tough and everyone thinks their right and many times they're not, but I think I'm probably with the majority on this one. I'm not wrong and this is not good business practice. Nobody wants to spend their hard earned money on something that doesn't work. I could just hand my ex-wife my money. It's the same thing!Buy from here at your own risk.Edit: spoke to the folks at the Mentor store. It's the same thing. At least the kid at this location got me the number and email for customer support for the product.Basically, I would not buy from here. They can't back the product they sell. Although reading through the reviews, I see they helped other customers and allowed exceptions with the exact same same product.If this is a known problem, why do you carry the product or why not test them when you receive them?I wouldn't be so pissed if it were a 5 or 10 dollar gadget. You get way you pay for, but 240 bucks and you're on your own!?I will let everyone know this place sucks. I will inconveniently add it into conversation with people, like'hey, how about them Brownies yesterday?! Playoffs! Twisted Headz sucks, I can't wait for the playoffs!

Husband and I went in for him to possibly purchase a new pipe, but when we walked in the young kid working never said hello and never turned down the very loud music that was playing on the television. He didn’t even bother to turn it down when my husband indicated that he was having a hard time hearing him! How rude! Was our first and last time at this store!

Great place & and the workers that helped me were polite, but I realized when I got home that I got short changed $14. I just wasn't paying attention apparently. I'm not even mad I'm just disappointed that I let someone short change me $14. I don't know if it was intentional or not but be aware of your change
