Everyone there is caring and concerned when my pets come in feeling horrible. I would entrust my pets care to all of the drs there. They dont stop investigating the cause of their sickness. In no time they feel better and continue to live their best lives at home.

Daisy our pet was very sick with diarrhea and throw up. We took her to Med Vets in Copley at 1:00 am. They treated her symptoms. Since she is a very loved and vital member of our family we decide to follow up with our vet (Turkeyfoot veterinary). We were able to get her appointment with Dr. K the same day. He put our minds to rest that Med Vets had given her the correct treatment.

TBH, I'm kinda concerned the visit itself seemed less of an actual Vet EXAM and seemed more of the Dr just listening to what info I offered and ran with it...there was not very much LOOKING at my pet at all! Matter of fact, I felt it was odd I couldn't even get a crumb of eye contact myself. Everyone literally stared at the floor while talking to me. No one even asked, what I felt might be pertinent questions, like "hey are there other animals in the home?" I feel they heard "fleas in May" and ran with the flea story. Even though, no evidence of fleas were found on my cat...even kept emphasizing how fleas can lay eggs in my carpet and cause a real infestation...I DONT EVEN HAVE CARPET ANYWHERE IN MY HOME! WOOD FLOORING THROUGHOUT! Which then pivoted to "I can bring them home myself from other places". I am thoroughly convinced yes, my cat is allergic to something, but they were so stuck on fleas and wouldnt even consider, maybe something else? So even tho he doesnt have fleas, we're gonna treat for the fleas anyways. Offered me $200 worth the vaccinations on top of the already $210 flea visit- which I declined for this time, but was never offered an appointment to come back? Everyone was very friendly, but when I got home, realized my pets RX wasn't sealed properly and spilled out. I called them immediately and of course, no one was available to re-dispense the script being it was Saturday. Luckily, I had enough to get through until the next business day. I return Monday where I'm advised they're going to go ahead and fill the script "on the house this time"- well why would you charge me in the first place? It's not EXTRA- it's a replacement for what spilled....when your tech didn't properly seal the bottle....anyways, fast forward to Wednesday, they're calling to let me know his script has been refilled again and waiting for pickup....what? Again, very friendly people, but I think I'll take my furson elsewhere next time.

Don't take your pets here.
If you like being over charged and you want bad diagnosis, a your dog to die a day later and they said he was fine I would say I told you so.
