It's just not the same anymore. Newer headquarters? but that's not quite it. At least I don't think so...they only speak to me through the doorway. Newer staff? Ahh...yes. If you have ever used this agencies services before you know exactly what I am speaking of and about. The worker bee is gone. Now it seems there's no direction. I've been told contradictory information by the same person who doesn't seem to remember speaking with me. And it just gets worse from there. I think with Fair Housing and the OCRC including a lot of Google will serve anyone much more than trying to keep milking something that very unfortunately doesn't exist as it did anymore.

Awesome!! I have a wonderful advocate there that is helping me with all of my social security, Medicaid/Medicare issues.

The secretary Kathy is rude and very unprofessional. She hung up on me twice and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she would not give me their name. I suggest if you are looking to get help then you shouldn't go there because the customer service is terrible. You might be better off trying somewhere else due to her being your first point of contact and when dealing with a person with such poor people skills she will discourage you from what possibly could have helped.
