Terrible experience office is rude and unhelpful charged for a month of insurance after I had switched companies and made it a hassle to get a refund at first I was just flat out told no and only got somewhere when I said I was going to contact State Farm’s escalation team and possible further action wasn’t told I’d get an email that I had to choose how to get my refund so it mails a check after 3 business days

Great team to work with. After shopping around Todd offered me the best price and fastest service. Making changes to my policy is also a breeze. I often get to talk to Todd himself, and you'll struggle to find a nicer gentleman than him.

Todd Young, Barbara and Eliajune have always been class people. Whenever I call the office I am never rushed or feel hurried on the or in person. I recently had a claim due to the winter weather. When I called the office I was put in contact with my adjuster within 20 minutes. I also received an email from Todd checking to see in things went well. Todd and his staff are the banner for good (great) customer service. There is no other insurance company or agent and office staff I would deal with. I am proud to say I have been a customer with Todd for over 21 years and I have NO intention of changing. So, if you like good personal service, excellent customer service and fair rates give Todd a call. I am very pleased with his agency.

I purchased a home last year and it was time to renew my homeowners insurance. I really wasn’t interested in the car insurance but they pushed for me to bundle, against my better judgement I did. Like I said I only wanted the homeowners. Fast forward to a month later, everything is done and finalized. I get a call stating they are dropping me due to my car type or pay to have some system put in. What a joke State Farm! Now I have already cancelled my other policy and State Farm have left me with nothing. Be careful doing business with them and their partners. They will take your money then drop you and leave you feeling like it’s your fault. I am highly disappointed with State Farm and their associates.

I called in for a local quote instead of calling corporate, got Barbara, and was given all the time of day to explain my situation and what I wanted. If calling a 1-800 number is annoying to you, I'd call this branch of State Farm - they treat you very well.
