Contacted this place to discuss setting up a tax appointment. Gave the receptionist my number, so that the proper person could call me back. Never received a return phone call.

Tammy has done my taxes for at least 10 years. I would go nowhere else. She even went back a couple of years when I first started with her and found mistakes made by another well known firm and filed amendments and got me additional money.

Found Tammy online and from reading reviews after another tax service failed to return our phone calls and we couldn’t be more pleased. She was efficient and knows her stuff. After one time, we are now regulars.

I came today to drop off my taxes at 4:45 pm. While I was there at almost closing time, the hours, including a sign on the door say you can drop off until 5:00 pm. I arrived later due to work (as most people.) I rushed here just to find them closed at 4:45 with no one there, and the door locked. I called all three of the numbers listed on the door with no answer. This is highly unprofessional. This lost my business, I turned my taxes into H&R Block and they swiftly helped me, AND they were open when they said they were!
