Ok, I can't say enough good about Dr Faulkner and his staff. We weren't patients for very long. Our Baxter who was only 10 mos old had to b put down last night. The clinic was technically closed but Dr Faulkner and the staff stayed to do surgery. As soon as we came in the door they were all over us, loving on Baxter and and reassuring me. Unfortunately sometimes things like this happen and no matter the love or care received isn't enough. This was my Bax. He was only 10 mos old. He absolutely loved everyone at the Gentle Vet. They make you feel so welcomed and provide quality care for your pet. I will be forever grateful to them for the love and excellent care they showed my baby. When the time is right, I'm sure I'll b a mom again and the Gentle Vet is where I'll be coming. They are truly wonderful people. Thanks everyone for all you did.

Everyone at The Gentle Vet is incredible! They all truly care for your pets and strive to give the best possible care. They are always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Everyone takes the time to get to know your pet and make them as comfortable as possible.

We were searching for a vet when we found them because we knew the end was near for our little guy. They're kind, compassionate and understanding. They took their time explaining and gave multiple different routes of treatment we could take. Above all they're honest which is so rare these days. They truly care about animals and it shows! With heavy hearts we said goodbye. They grieved with us for a dog they just met. I can honestly say that in one of the worst moments we were having they comforted us as well as him so he could cross the bridge peacefully. I am so grateful to have found them, although through unfortunate circumstances, we will be continuing care with them for our other fur babies.

The staff was so knowledgeable was very nice and, and everything was clean and well kept. Beth and Dr. Faulkner are the greatest. My puppy was very comfortable with them.

Fantastic people and service. New here and from our first visit we could tell our dog was in loving care as well as the best care ever. You want special care, come here you will be so pleased.

Our visit was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and gentle with my cat. Usually my cat tries to hide or run from the vet, but here he just lay on the table and let them look him over. I was very impressed with the kindness and respect for each animal and their temperament.

I highly recommend the Gentle Vet to everyone. My dog, Scout, is really skittish and usually has a hard time at any vet office, but she loves the staff at the Gentle Vet. They had me bring in her favorite toy and treats so that they could get her comfortable before they tried examining her. They were very patient and kind to her, and while many vets are kind, none of them are as kind as Gentle Vet! The whole staff is also informative. They explained to me every cost that was on the bill and why it was necessary and were able to answer all of my questions. Best Vet ever!

The Gentle Vet was amazing. As a Fear Free Certified professional myself, I am always looking for ways to help my crew feel their best. My senior kitty and I went to The Gentle Vet for the first time today and we had a great experience! We didn’t come across any dogs coming into the building, were greeted right away, and we waited less than a minute to be led into an exam room. Once inside the exam room, I removed the top of his carrier to allow him the opportunity to explore the room and get comfortable. They had a towel covering the exam table to prevent additional fear or stress, had calming music playing, and practiced gentle handling without using any restraint during his exam. He even enjoyed a nice brushing and a tube of Churu! We discussed pain management as I’ve recently noticed some changes in his behavior at home and towards our other cat. They recommended Solensia which is a once a month injection for pain. It eliminates the stress of daily oral medication!When it came time for his blood draw, they coaxed him out from under the chairs instead of forcing him out. They wrapped him in a towel, and even though he was vocalizing, he was eating every bit of his Churu and being a great patient. If your pet doesn’t like the vet, or shows signs of high anxiety, fear, or stress at or on the way to the vet, consider a Fear Free approach by coming here!

Absolutely wonderful experience at the Gentle Vet - the staff were so friendly, caring, and attentive, and everyone took their time to get to know my dog and provide information and answer questions. My dog is nervous with strangers and had a bad experience at his previous vet and became very fearful of the vet. I was hoping switching to the Gentle Vet would give us the time and space we needed to repair that relationship. The patience and behavioral knowledge of all the staff blew me away and our first visit could not have gone any better. I wished I would have started with Dr. Faulkner as our vet! Total game changer. They had calming music in the exam rooms (which let's be real, I needed!), they were proactive with notifications of potential dog interactions in the lobby (a godsend for reactive dog owners!), they moved slowly and thoughtfully with my dog, and they had taken my new patient intake form and highlighted important aspects of my concerns/questions to specifically address during our appointment. So grateful for the peace of mind and 100% the right choice to switch to the Gentle Vet!

We love the staff at The Gentle Vet. My boys have never had such a wonderful experience at any doctors appointments in the past. We highly recommend The Gentle Vet to any and everyone whom love their pets as much as we do.
