Dog poop everywhere, limited parking, allow smoking inside the units and it seeps into your family’s living space, allow some unit(s) to have 10 adult males to occupy a 2 bedroom apartment. My pet fee was waived, but please be advised they do charge one, but don’t charge one for smoking inside? Riddle me that! Stray cats being fed daily by the dumpsters and they walk all over your vehicle at night and sleep on your hood to get out of the cold with their Claws scratching paint. Last thing, which is kind of random, but I learned that financing they secured is subsidized by HUD. This means at any point if HUD, a federal agency, would like to enter your apartment they can do so without you being present. You may not decline. Wild concept. Nice folks trying to run the spot, but it’s kind of a dump.
Maintenance crew is on point and gets work orders taken care of fast. Everyone of the MX staff I have interacted with is great.

So happy that I live in the Terraces on the Green. Since I have lived here for 8 years, I have been extremely pleased with the Office Staff and the Maintenace Men.

I honestly wish I could leave no stars , this place is a joke . I still currently live here and I feel harassed by the people in the office , they are extremely rude and don’t care about what you say , truly a money driven “ community “ i cannot live here happily or in peace because im constantly being harassed. Along with being harassed I had a fire in my first unit because of the stove they provided, they don’t provide you with a fire extinguisher and i ended up loosing everything. Instead of placing me in another unit I had to wait for mine to be rebuilt and every time i called they kept pushing back they date my unit was supposed to be ready , i had to stay in hotels for 7 months just for them to say that they were just going to put me in a different unit . When the fire occurred they never switched the electricity back into their name like they said they were so i have a $600 bill that they will be paying for ! The new unit im also has a broke stove . Also my hot water heater goes out 1-2 a month so I have to call maintenance in to fix it . I also had an issue within the first month of living in my new unit the unit above me flooded and and all came down into mine and caused damage to my dryer . Please spare yourself there are way better places out there that are definitely more worth the $1300 dollars a month ! This place absolutely sucks !

We lived here for a short time before buying a house and were really pleased with the experience. The office staff remembered us when we had to go in or call. If we didn't find our dream home, we would have been happy to rent here for a longer period. I never used the pool but it looked really nice. The landscaping was beautiful, and I loved the little herb garden they offered during the summer months. I only had one work order during my time here, and maintenance fixed the issue first thing the day after I called it in. Overall, it was the best apartment rental experience I've ever had!

I had to move out due to Covid-19 and losing my job. I called and reported this to this office. They were okay with it. 2 years later, they want to send 3,000 in bills to me in collections and hurt me in my future for future residency. These people are scams. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! They pretend to be high quality but they are not. They are thieves.

After spending almost 10 years staying at Terraces, I can attest that it was the right decision and I feel lucky to have chosen to stay here. The office staff was always very attentive to my needs/requests and I never felt like "just a number". The maintenance crew is top notch and anytime I wanted to get an appliance looked at or help changing a vaulted ceiling bulb, they came that day or shortly thereafter. The community is quiet and there is a good chance you will make friends with your neighbors. It is a great community for anyone from young professionals to retirees. I truly believe that others will get the same experience. Thank you!

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. My husband and I moved in for approximately 1 year while we were building a home with our pet. While we lived there we had so many issues. We had no oven for almost a year, our apartment flooded twice because of the air conditioning leaking, the main bathroom backed up and couldn’t be fixed right away due to Covid, the sink leaked into the kitchen twice, the kitchen floor was rotten and falling and we were told it was fine and would be fixed when we moved out. That is just a few of the issues I can remember. We kept that apartment in tip to shape on our part. For the price that is charged this is ridiculous to say the least. We were already paying more that we were paying when we had our 4 bedroom home but that isn’t even the worst of it. When my husband and I moved out we made sure that apartment was cleaned and the carpet done. On a side note the carpet was not brand new when we moved in and I know this because I had to wrestle old pet food out of my dogs mouth the first day we moved in and I called the office and was told they had the carpet cleaned. When we received our deposit back they kept 600 of it to replace the carpet saying it was pet stained and sent us pictures where they had pulled up the carpet because they said the apartment smelled rancid when they entered. The smell was probably the constant marijuana smell that comes from the downstairs apartment on a regular that we had complained about many times that was always in our apartment. When my husband handed in the keys he ask for a walk through and was told they did not have time and that they had all of our paperwork and that we were fine. How can we be blamed for carpet that was never replaced when we moved in and the previous tenants had pets also. Our dog is trained very well and to be fair is therapy trained m. We did not allow our pet to urinate in the apartment. There was not one thing wrong with that apartment when we left and we were ripped off. How sad they take hard working money from people when they over charge for apartments. We had so many issues and never complained but they took full advantage of us. I will be contacting the BBB and the summit county building department regarding the conditions. This is unfair treatment and I took pictures to prove how this apartment looked when we left. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
