My fiancé and I have had such an amazing experience with Taylor Made Jewelry. The staff is extremely helpful and I’ve never had to wait more than two days for a repair/cleaning. They will clean & polish for free once a year which came extremely convenient as I’m getting married Saturday and my ring looks like the day I got it! Thank you, Taylor Made Jewelry!

Taylor Made Jewelry re-sized 3 (!) rings that another jeweler was unable to size!!! The staff is helpful and friendly. I've found my new jeweler!

Taylor made is nothing but the best! We found them a few years ago while shopping for engagement rings and never looked back. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff make you feel at home from the second you walk in the door. They truly are there to help you find your dream piece without the salesman pushiness. Any time someone asks for a jeweler recommendation I say TAYLOR MADE! We since have moved out of state but when I recently damage my rings we made the trip back to get it fix. It was fix, cleaned and polished within 20 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful business and so thankful we found them!

Excellent place of business. They were quick to say hi and they were excellent with their customer service. They had to go through 3 books to find what I wanted and they found it. I would recommend them for your jewelry needs.

My brother took a watch there a little while back to have a battery replaced. After he had it back for a day or so, realized it developed some fog inside the lens and asked me to take it to them to look at it since he had to work the next day. I took it in and they didn't make me drop it off. They fixed it right away with a new gasket at no charge. Thanks guys. Have known Jim a long time and I'm not surprised. I recently got some nice rings from my late grandmother. I found this store recommended on Reddit so figured I'd take a ring down and have them resize it for me so I could wear her jewelry. I just got my first ring back (Australian opal, indicolite and diamond set on 14k white gold) and they did an amazing job. I didn't know my ring size for sure so the gentleman who helped me sized my finger for me, gave me a quote to do the resizing, rhodium treatment and cleaning, and then had the actual service done in less time than they told me. Super happy with the way my ring looks and will definitely be bringing more back to them!
