House was extremely dusty from a remodel; in addition multiple smokers for years lived here. Two ladies -- Clarissa & Olivia came to deep clean. They did a good job with the dust. They needed to rinse and repeat several times. Furniture was wet wiped. They did a good vacuuming. They were here for 1.5 hours. It was explained that each time they come the build-ups lessen. We found both ladies polite and self-reliant. We were not uncomfortable with either. Of note: some pieces weren't dusted or wet-wiped. I expected pictures to be Windexed and mirrors too, and they weren't. They did wash down the table an chairs, as well as Baker's Rack and bookcase in the kitchen. They didn't wash or dust off things on these surfaces. ( I did when I was able to clean.) Overall, the worst parts are so much better. I will have them back in two weeks. The three star rating is for an average cleaning not a deep cleaning for which the company was employed. The ladies came in and worked. My issues could have been addressed if the estimate would have been done in person as was scheduled. It was not -- a number was quoted unseen. I expect next visit to go more as I expect. As for price, I was charged deep clean and received average. Again, not the ladies doing.

This was the worst cleaning experience I have ever had. They did not do an estimate on my home, they showed up were extremely rude and did not clean my house. I would not ever recommend this company.

I was at my sisters house while Molly Maid came to deep clean it . I witnessed these two girls listening to their radio as they worked plus laughing and getting silly. I don't have a problem with that , but , when You can't tell they cleaned that's a major problem when U fork out $250-$350 . Floors were not mopped . The ceiling fan had an inch thick of dust. Dressers were still dusty. When they first got to the house they didn't have all the cleaning equipment so they had to go to the store . That was also figured in as part of their time cleaning . They cleaned absolutely nothing . Don't waste your $$ on this so called Molly Maid of Greater Akron !!

This place is a joke. I asked for a detailed list of what would be cleaned which was emailed to me. Only 30% of that got done. I was quoted an amount for my size home and the price was not even close to that. Not really sure what they did for 3 hours besides partially dust, clean the tub, and mop around things. Nothing else was done. Even the dusting was not done properly. Fans and windowsills never touched, never got to the kitchen, other bathroom, couch cushions not vacuumed under, dirt dust behind doors, and floor mats not swept. The list sadly goes on and on. They arrived stating they had to go to the store because they didn't have all of the supplies they typically would. They marked a start time that was incorrect and left without letting me know. I had to call to see how they were doing with their progress, which is when u found out they left. They also had to change my days for my appointment. Never again will I use this company nor will I refer them to anyone.

I called this company for a cleaning in my house, when I called I let them know that I had just remodeled my house, that I needed their services and they told me that they are trained to do deep cleaning, first they gave me an appointment for 11am to give me an estimate free, they never arrived they decided to call me and do it by phone, the day they had to clean they call me from the offices telling me that they do not have a good team and equipment to do my cleaning, and that they could not clean the kitchen extractor because they did not reach, this company is a fraud, irresponsible, poorly prepared, unprofessional, who like to play with people's time and money.

Believe the bad reviews. This business charged over $500 for their initial visit, saying they would get everything. While I am willing to pay for good service, sadly that didn't happen. While the owner initially gave some money off as they didn't finish and seemed great, that was the hook to get us to pay the huge fee. After that not a single cleaning has been completed (they came, just didn't finish things) and the owner refused to make anything right on bad follow up service. Today was the end of the road. The cleaners parked me in, which happened last time and we asked them not to park in that spot again. Then they moved the car to park so the mailman asked me to have them move the car. I'm sure this was annoying for them, but I didn't tell them to park in front of the mailbox. My parter and I both left soon after they started cleaning. Then after an hour and a half of cleaning they left. Several rooms were not vacuumed or mopped, several trash bags didn't go out, no trash bags were replaced, a bed wasn't made, and the banisters weren't wiped down, amongst other things. They had to use our vacuum as on prior cleans they told us their vacuum just doesn't work well enough to get up dog hair. They didn't bother to empty it, despite me showing them before I left today. When I called to ask for them to come back and finish, I was told we were following them around making for a hostile workplace so they had to leave. We we left they were cleaning, so that wasn't possible. I wouldn't gripe if one or two things were missed, but this is totally unacceptable.

Never have this company come out. Arranged for them to come help my aging parents out with cleaning kitchen & bathrooms. While Mom talked with representative specified she wanted toilets and bathtubs cleans, floors mopped, kitchen counters and cupboards wiped down, inside microwave and floors mopped. Said this was the important stuff and if they had time to vacuum and dust living room. Disappointingly none of this was done...counters were sprayed and left tacky, toilets not cleaned inside bowl and tubs not touched...only thing they did was vacuum. 3 women were there for 45 minutes and charged $100....never again. Taking advantage of the elderly. Mom/Dad very upset.

I will say the girls did a very nice job cleaning but I experienced an unfortunate situation while they were here. The owner caught wind a few months later and reached out to try and rectify, Which I did very much appreciate. I will just caution to be wary of who you trust in your home

Great communication but horrible service. Don't use this service unless you can literally stand over top and watch them work! We did not, so now they want to charge us to come back out to clean what should have been done in the first place! Stay away, or clean it yourself!
