Long wait. At least 1 hr. Did not do all of the fluid checks. I had to ask about air for my tires . Only 2 employes working at the time.

I recently got a coolant flush at this location. The mechanic FORGOT TO REFILL MY COOLANT. Luckily I discovered this several hours later. Had I not, this error could have ruined my engine. I left a message with the manager, they still have not called me back. Utterly terrible service with no accountability for a mistake that could have ruined my vehicle.

Had a grest experience at the Take 5 on West Market Blvd. The young man went above and beyond and offered to look at the cabin filter which it turned out have had chipmumks building a home. Was so grateful to have that replaced.

Service was perfect- I have used them for years and their employees have always been great! That being said they have raised their prices much beyond the level of inflation- I will not be returning.

5 employees on West Market Street provided excellent customer service and care to my car. I really appreciate their service and their time and effort.

I had such a great experience at Take 5. Jacoby and Yuma were incredible techs! The customer service, attentiveness, and kindness shown by both employees made my experience at Take 5 so great. I was traveling, and getting your oil changed on the road can be stressful. Both of these techs went out of their way to provide excellence service and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this Take 5 due to the way these two techs went above and beyond. Thanks for being so great!

Polite. Courteous. Professional. Efficient.
No pushy upsale of unneeded services.
The bottle of water costs them less than 10 cents but is brilliant for PR purposes.

You put a completely wrong filter on my car, i found that out when I couldn’t pay your ridiculous prices and changed it myself. 30$ full synthetic, your robbing the public. You wouldn’t return phone calls or emails. I tell everyone I know that your service sucks. Your staff is illiterate and trash.

The one I went to on Market, Yuma was a stickler!!!! Although I had a coupon and it showed the I could get $25.00 off for premium he said I need the actual coupon. I bring 2 Cadillac trucks to this facility and Yuma did nothing to satisfy what I showed him. He was like I can take $13 off. Then when I said oh yea your a stickler not even trying to help, even though I have showed u the QR code and the the writing that specifically say $25.00 off of Premium. I found another coupon for $20 off because Take 5 seen I had cx see s not brought that vehicle in. He said he is wrking their bc the other guys wasn’t doing there job!!!!! Well he don’t do his either!!!! Not good customer service!!
