I had just paid my fusion off & got rear-ended & totalled out. I saw a 2016 Edge with a hell of a deal on the price. I've never not bought from a dealership until now. I went in for a test drive, fell in love. Mike held onto it for a few days until insurance send me my settlement. It was a pathetic $7,000 and I'd need to finance the rest.
I already have another car loan and knew it would be a problem to finance a 2nd car. The lenders didn't want to approve me but Mike advocated for me with my purchase history and got it done. Overall great experience!!! 10/10

Mike helped me with exactly what I needed. Price was fair, there was an issue with the AC even though Mike had a new compressor put on but Mike did make it right . That's a car dealership that will get return customers. I appreciate getting my hard earned money's worth for sure. Thanks Mike!

Mike is a liar. I asked him if everything worked on the vehicle and he said "YES. I stand behind my vehicles. I normally don't sell a vehicle sight unseen but this truck is in such good shape I have no problem doing that" The transport showed up and we backed the truck off of it and the air conditioner did not work. I took it to a reputable mechanic and got it fixed. The bill was over $1300 as the compressor was bad. I sent him the bill and he said " I am not paying that I will give you $400." I said "That is not right. I will give you a great review if you pay the amount I was charged, or I will write no review if you give me $1000. If you give me $400 then I will tell the truth about what a dishonest person you are." Well, over 30 days later we finally got the title and he did not even send the $400 that he promised. What a joke!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Richardson Motors is run by A amazing professional experienced crew. Led by Mike Richardson, who knows the automotive business very well, I was not pressured to buy a car but was instead shown how they choose their very fine inventory, in particular the car I was interested in, and purchased.. No lemon cars here on this lot but very nice serviced vehicles waiting to be purchased. I recommend them very highly to stop in and see their inventory and you will treated very well!.

Bought an f150 from this small dealership January, great selection of vehicles and fair prices. The owner is a straight shooter and seems to care about the inventory quality he presents to his customers. Transaction was quick and the truck has been great so far after 3000 miles.

Mike and his son Brodie were absolutely great! Bought a clean Subaru for my daughter! Price was more than fair! Had an unforeseen issue with a tire…He definitely didn’t have to….but he made it right! Thats the way to do business! Even bought a warranty which he doesn’t mark up like the dealers!

The trade in process was simple, he gave us the highest trade in price out of anybody that we looked at, I was able to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, was given a generous test drive with no limits, and was sent on my way as a happy customer. This dealer has unbeatable prices, and are wonderful people to work with.

I purchased a 2013 F150 from these guys, while they were for the most part honest. 3 days later the check engine light came on. For a P0430 code. That’s a bank 2 catalyst below threshold. I’ve tried what he recommended I do with cetaclean and the code came back. He won’t answer my texts. Now I need to drop a grand on the truck which I don’t have to fix the problem so I can get plates. Do yourself a favor if you look at a vehicle from these guys. Bring a code scanner and scan for permanent codes. Don’t buy the vehicle till they fix the problem the correct way.
