The Sunoco is under new ownership finally, and man did they fix the place up. The staff are very fair and kind. And the environment is clean and well kept, 10/10 experience. I will be back.

New gas station just opened, looks beautiful inside and out. The staff and owners are great and kind people. Definitely recommend coming here. Also cheaper gas than the circle K down the street.

Stay away from this totally unprofessional business. I have been coming here since 2005. They lie to your face when you tell them you want NAPA auto parts. They put discount junk parts on my car and say yes we put quality NAPA parts. They get a kick back from discount auto parts sales every 4 months. I do not care about them getting a kick back. They lost my wheel lock key and I was in Medina Ohio and hit debris in the road which flattened my 2 front tires on my classic Z28. I went to call a tow truck, only to find out I had no key to get my 2 front tires off. The tow truck had to drag my Classic z28 up the ramp of the tow truck damaging my ground effects. Once I got the car back to Steve's unprofessional Sunoco they destroyed my classic Aluminum rims by using a cutting torch to get my rims off and put new tires. They throw out customers wheel lock keys all the time and do not care about you. Because they put new junk discount parts on my car, the substandard part broke within 6 months. I nearly had to get into a fist fight with the owner and his son to get them to warranty the new JUNK car part. The father and son yelled at the top of their lungs that they do not want my business. They did not say that when I previously spent 6 thousand dollars in a year with them. George quoted me a price to replace a car part that would take 4 to 5 hours to replace. I went across town to a professional mechanic and they had the job finished in 1 hour and 15 minutes, NOT 4 or 5 hours as George quoted me. I brought them multiple car parts to install in April and George lost one of the NAPA car parts and gave no apology or paid me for the NAPA part that George lost. Steve's unprofessional Sunoco always gets oil and grease on my door handle seats and floor They need their asses sued into abject poverty for having NO conscience. Stay away

My truck broke down today, their parking lot was the best option for a spot to pull off. It was after shop hours, but the guy was there to man the store.He really had no reason to be as helpful as he was. The guy went out of his way to help me get back on the road by providing free diagnostics, and by allowing a buddy and I to work on my truck in his parking lot.I appreciate his help, and his generosity. Thank you. I may not have been a customer, but I was a guy who needed a hand and his willingness to help earned 5 stars from me.

If you need gas, at least they have it, if you can figure out which one of their pumps is in working order.

Well.. I now have no car due to this shop. I am actually looking to take them to court. I brought my 2012 Dodge Journey here in March of 2021 to get my heat fixed. I paid $485 and picked it up, and guess what, my heat still did not work. I brought it back, actually 3 times. George was puzzled but never could get it working. On the last visit, he told me he was calling in a retired mechanic who was an expert. So this expert, put some type of fluid in my car, and told us we needed to drive it for a week for it to go through the system, and then bring the car back. Well it started to then overheat. George then stated I needed a radiator. After he installed the radiator, it overheated again. Well my car has been there 3 weeks, and Now George says I need an engine..$3200. It is sad that a single mother cannot rely on supposedly experts. Please never take your car here. These people are scam artist. I would leave zero stars if possible.

BUYER BEWARE: I went to this gas station on Saturday to get Diesel gas. Within 10 miles after getting a fill up, my check engine light came on in my truck. Proceed with caution.

Way to go above and beyond, thank you for your kindness, I was trying to pay at the pump, something was wrong I got a message to see the attendant, so I did. He took the time to come out and see what was wrong, well I was inserting my credit card backwards...ugh, like I never pumped gas before. After reassuring me it was ok he took the time to pump my gas and continued to tell me it was ok. That goes along way on a day like today. Again thank you for your kindness.

Gas on app and sign was as listed as 2.69 but when I went to pump gas the pump said 2.89. They lie about their prices to bring people in. I left and went elsewhere.
