Dismissive and condescending. My appointment was cancelled two hours before my appointment that had been scheduled for WEEKS. 3 weeks, and 4 days to be exact! No one was about to see the conflict in the provider's schedule until 2 hours before I was set to come in? The woman I spoke with, Wendy continued to say my name wrong after I corrected her three times. It never ceases to amaze me that these people can pronounce German, Scottish and other European names but stumble and fumble over the name of a POC. I've been on hold for an additionals 18 minutes as I wait to hear from a triage nurse about my issue as I have to reschedule my appointment completely. At one point the woman I spoke with asked "Oh, are you pregnant"? I wanted to laugh, I can't even trust them with my health and I'm supposed to trust them with the health of an unborn child. PLEASE!

Connie in Out-Patient Hand Therapy is great! Had surgery on my wrist after I fell and broke bones in 3 or more places. Orthopedic doctors and staff have been wonderful!

Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye is the highest rated. It makes sense to go there. Had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Sayegh. Both eyes are now great.

Very easy to find Building, close parking, lots of signs inside for direction. Very clean and well lighted. Visited Dr Junko on 3rd floor. Elevator worked quickly. Very happy with visit.

Website indicates they are open until 6:00pm. Get here to find out they closed at 5:00pm. Can’t trust them to post hours, definitely can’t trust them with my healthcare

The only reason this is getting two stars is because my physician visit was awesome from registration to the end (Endocrinology Suite 350...you all rock). Needed to have my annual lab drawn...no appointment (from what I gathered after over hearing conversations, there are appointments)..if this is able to be done, I'm not sure how...checked in at the lab, one woman working...four people ahead of me...issues for them and orders, insurance...not my business...waited 27 mins and three in front of me were still not taken care of and one woman walked in with "a scheduled appointment"...whatever that means...this is ridiculous wait time for lab work, first... Then, to still have three in front of me after 27 mins...unacceptable...go elsewhere for lab work, if you can or clear your entire schedule. Note...the only woman in the lab was very sweet and helpful....lab appeared to be way understaffed

Dr. Julie Mark is wonderful with the dermatology department. She truly cares and is very compassionate. Also, the Summa Specialty Pharmacy is the BEST pharmacy I've ever worked with. They really go above and beyond to make sure you get an affordable prescription. Thank you to Brandon (the pharmacist) and Marissa. Unfortunately, my insurance no longer allows me to use them, but they do a great job!

Had a great experience with Dr. Bradley Inkrott. Had a herniated disk and related back problems for several years. His care and knowledgeable expertise from the first visit to the minimally invasive surgery (out patient) to the post operative visit three weeks later were excellent in all facets. Finally, after several years, I see the road to a pain free lifestyle.

I work nights and could not coordinate with central scheduling so I decided to stop by after shift. Since there was not a line, I approached intake staff who was VERY helpful as I was in a good deal of pain. She made about six phone calls, had the original order corrected and verified and then booked me for an MRI the next morning. Minutes after I returned home, Summa called to pre-register me. Today, the staff was equally professional and sensitive to my now unbearable pain. My experience was nothing but PERFECT from start to finish!
