The worst perm I have ever received. My girl was in a big hurry the whole time due to appointments to close together. She ruined my hair. It is so frizzy, I went on vacation right after my perm and my hair looked horrible the whole time. I was so embarrassed. She attempted to style my hair and made a complete ass of herself with the results. Also never heard of getting a perm with the after cut being an extra expense. What a joke. Needless to say I was there twice in one day ~ the first time and the last time. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

Wow! I just moved to town and really needed a haircut and oh my...it was A-Maz-ing! First, the salon is warm, inviting, and extremely comfortable. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, then I received a fabulous haircut. I hit the jackpot finding such a wonderful place so fast! Highly recommend!!

I received a nail dip earlier this month, and it was terrible. I've had nail dips for almost 5 years and none looked as bad as the one I received. You could see the lumps under the nail color, and the dips have already started coming off. The dips that I received previously last me a month, and I usually have to get them done due to my nails growing out. I have always watched the nail tech while the dip is being applied. This nail tech put the color on 0and then put the base on top of the color. Therefore she was unable to smooth the nail out without removing the color. The manager did refund my payment, but due to the fact the tech had filed my nails down to the quick, I had to wait until they grew out before I was able to have them redone. I'm not sure if this young lady had ever done a nail dip before.

Great customer service; Randee did my hair - cut, low and hi lights. She did this two or three times and did a fabulous job every time - better than anyone has ever done. I absolutely love her and her amazing skills. She quit working on Saturdays so I am not able to have her do my hair anymore and I am heartbroken as she was the only one I wanted to do my hair. It hasn't been the same since (my job hours prevent me from being able to get an appt. during the business week). I have tried a couple other salons and other people. No one has been able to do to my hair what Randee did.

I had an appointment today, and was completely stood up. Appointment at noon, sat in parking lot until 12:30. First time ever to this salon and what a poor experience. Texted and called Billy, with absolutely no response. Just terrible.
