I am so glad I sat and read every last review, because I don't take kindly to giving people my money that clearly don't want or deserve it. Sad that one place can employ so many that clearly don't understand courtesy, quality and hospitality. Maybe they don't care, which I am inclined to believe wholeheartedly. BBB would have a field day with this place....

This place is horrible went to have a good family day and had the worst time people bowling with no bowling shoes on little kids all over the lanes . People smoking weed all over the place. Just the worst time.wouldnt recommended it to no one else.dont waste your money or time.

I had bowling league here during the summer I have been here before when it use to be Stonehedge they added more lanes and upgraded the arcade games and golf course it's good place to have fun I recommend this place friendly staff the food is great

sucks that this place is under new management or whatever is going on here. used to spend a nice amount of money at the alley. a group of 6 friends and i came in to bowl. we planned on getting two lanes and having a good time. we got in and saw that there were about half of the lanes open. we stood at the counter for no less than 15-20 minutes in front of two employees the entire time. the employees couldn’t have given a worse experience and it almost seemed like some weird bit they were playing out to blatantly ignore people. not one word was spoken to us. no greeting and no eye contact. no reply or acknowledgement to “are we able to bowl today?” multiple times. eventually we left in disgust and will never be back ? time to find a new spot

Booked a birthday party for today. Had multiple confirmations.
Get a call a half hour before the party from Latoyra, saying no pizza (that's already paid for.) She claims the party is booked for tomorrow, despite our proof
We show up 15 minutes later, and the manager refused to even come out to talk to us, delaying the party.
Issue still ongoing
(For the record, all of the regular employees we've spoken with so far have been great.)
Edit: Manager came out, saw all the texts confirming the date, say the invoice (paid in full,) showing today. Her response? "I guess we'll honor it."
You guess? Were fully paid. Not once has she apologized yet.
Will continue to update.
Update 2: Seems they have the pizzas after all? Dont know why we got a call in the first place.
All of the non manager employees we've dealt with have been great. Since in the end, everything appears to be turning out alright, updating the review to 3 stars.

WOW what a experience, I remember when this location was Stone Hedge, however, this location is gone from good to great. With the children fun area, with flashing lights, fun game, and you win tickets to have more fun buying great toys with your winning tickets. Also there is a pinball section with new games such as Avengers,Elton John games and so many more, with the games of the week which can be less expensive, love it. Lastly the weekly bowling specials, are so fabulous, you have to see to believe, I truly loved and enjoyed my time in the Station 300, and will continue to enjoy it's offerings.

Disappointing... Understaffed and slow to respond. Couldn't get a working lane and because of that our time we paid for was shorted. Had to ask more than once for bumpers. In addition to the gentleman at the grille wasn't "allowed to take our order".. silly behavior for the price we paid....

Zero stars but forced to give 1 to review. The employees do not care that people smoke outside the front doors even though it’s illegal.Refused to give us a lane even though they had 23 open lanes, but were quick to give lanes to others. The bar manager threatened to trespass us because we called out the smoking issue. Then they proceeded to film our 7 year old daughter because of their pathetic “lack of” customer service. Not sure what they are going to do with video of a 7 year old, but I am definitely not returning here.

If you like pinball, they have it saw about 20 pinball machines, mostly newer and a few 80s-90s classics well kept machines.

I love this place! My young son and I frequent Station 300 about once or twice a month. The employees are wonderful people. One gentleman stands out in particular because he remembers my son's name every time we come in. I think his name is Mike or Marc. He is very friendly. Not only is Station 300 kid friendly, but it is also fun for everyone.
