I will absolutely never do business again with Kay Jewelers after the horrible customer service and treatment that followed after my last purchase. They are rude, do not listen to the voice of the customer, and not willing to help when mistakes are made that are not the customer's fault. Plenty of other companies out there. I have been a long time customer and never treated so poorly.

I just got my ring repaired not so long ago. I accidentally hit my hand and one of my diamond shattered. I literally feel like I’m getting ripped off for such an expensive ring.Extremely disappointed With zales

I was not impressed with Jared website. I was searching the site for a family birthstone ring (Mother's Ring). I found a suitable ring that would hold five stones. It was sterling silver and listed at $101. As I began building the ring, the price jumped to $110 when I chose the 5-stone option. This was not a big deal as I would expect to pay more for five stones than for two. Most of the stones are lab created (not genuine stones). THEN, I noticed that each time I chose a stone, more money was added (above the initial $10 that was added for five stones). I began to feel like I was being "nickeled and dimed" to death. I had looked at several other sites and they either charged extra for the number of stones or made an extra charge for each stone chosen, but not both.

I still look back on the time I was brought into a small meeting room and interrogated by loss prevention, LOSS prevention!!, for selling a watch I purchased with my employee discount. Apparently someone told on me, because I mentioned it. Sterling made a profit from my purchase, even with my discount. Yes, I sold the watch. It's my watch now, I can do what I want with it. Best decision was leaving this place for a much higher paying job.

Really disappointed on what I got because I order 5 necklaces including the gold one and nothing is correct. Also is any of the jewelry worth the original price even though it's 20-70% off. (I order two double and 1 purple and 1 blue diamond, and also a Pearl)

Stay away from Sterling stores. Was walking down the street and cut into their parking lot and they practically jumped me. Support local jewelers instead of this place.

BEWARE! Jared ended the Pandora program as of 4/2/2021, even though the merchandise still appears on their website. If you attempt to purchase it, the order will not go through; however, they will still place a PRE-AUTHORIZATION HOLD ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

What a sham. Don’t order! Terrible customer service and not willing to help. If there were negative start I’d do that. Go somewhere else! Supervisor no help, main office in Ohio just as bad. Said 2 day delivery, now say 12 days. Won’t cancel order, and told they didn’t even have item in stock. Selling items you don’t have is illegal isn’t it?what they say is coperate office in Ohio isnt, and a company with 3 names. Jared, Kay, sterling.Somethings not right.

DO NOT buy at JARED! Horrible company and customer service. They refused to help me at all! Numerous purchases with them. Goto your local Jeweler instead.
