I walked in... the place was a mess... no Staples retail help except in the printing area and yet no one asked if I needed assistance. There was such disarray and the place made me claustrophobic, I left without making a purchase. Coming from Massachusetts, the Staples was always neat clean and well staffed. Staples in Fairlawn has well versed employees and they are efficient. I ended up not only with a great printer but it was on sale..Wish everything in life was that easy.
