Ariel was working behind the shipping and receiving area when I arrived, already had a stressful day I was trying to make cut off time for an overnight package delivery. Ariel literally is an angel from above if it wasn't for her I would have never made cut off time for my package to be overnight delivered. She basically took over and basically did everything for me with my phone and printing and packing. ARIEL IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE AT STAPLES!!

I am pretty disappointed with my experience today. I went in about 4:00 to get about 6 copies of a large family tree. The women at the printing counter said she couldn't do it for about an hour, no problem. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get back in an hour. I called at 7:15 to see if they could do it if I was there in 15 minutes ( wanted to be sure since they closed at 8:00). She told me if I get there by then she could. Walked in the door at 7:28. The same woman told me I was cutting it close, I told her I had called and she said she knew and that there would be a rush charge! What?!?! I got the feeling both times I was there that I was inconveniencing her, so I just left. Pretty sure I can find somewhere else to get some copies made

I called the print department at this Staples location in a total panic. I needed a large print order for 8:00 AM the next day and it was 45 minutes before the store closed. Maya was awesome - very patient and helpful. She rushed my order and it was complete 2 minutes before the store closed. It totally saved me for my event the next day! Thank you for your willingness to help me out when I was in a pinch. Great customer service!

This is a TSA/HMT finger printing location. Savanah is awesome, very fun experience. Make sure you have an appointment. Seen people wait for a while trying to get in for HMT printing. TSA is located in left back corner from front door.

All of the staff were very pleasant to work with but I would like to specifically recognize Keshaun. I came in with a large order with multiple printing requests the day before my wedding including a large seating chart, menus, and programs and he was exceedingly helpful among the pre-wedding stress. Even with other customers coming in with additional requests he was always professional and calm and gave us great advice throughout the entire process. He set the example of what it means to provide excellent customer service.

I was elected to be the president of a woman’s group I belong to a few weeks ago. I had to make up a booklet quickly. I made the booklet and needed copies. I met Ariel at my local staples on Arlington Rd. What a wonderful employee you have! She listened to what I needed done and was quick and professional with giving me quotes and times it could be available - 2 days. I did my shopping and left the store. 2 hours later I received a call from Ariel stating that my order was completed and that I could pick it up anytime. Wow! That was the fastest turn around time I’ve ever experienced! The booklet turned out perfectly. Thank you again Ariel for making my experience at Stapes so great! Highly recommend using staples for all of your printing needs! Ask for Ariel!

My husband went into the Staples this afternoon and had to take care of some things concerning his job, he had to redo his fingerprints for TSA background and the young lady was so helpful in the back... he had brought cash with him and she helped him load a Visa card in order to pay for the process!!! He was totally stoked that she was able to help him and it wasn't a complete wasted trip up there... THANKS AGAIN!!
