You literally never know when they will be locking the doors they lock them at different times every day and when you ask they'll tell you they lock them when it gets dark so why are they locking them at 6:00pm some of the employees are very sweet but others not so much when you ask simple questions

This establishment is absolutely terrible as a DoorDasher at night this speedway often has orders however, the process of going about getting the orders is so hard and complicated. They need to adapt 7-Eleven system and just have DoorDash call. There is no way I should have to wait 10 minutes in a line, while 10 people in front of me are buying cigarettes to pick up your order sitting on the counter. That has already been paid for.

Trash. I go there on my lunch at night because they are 24 hr just to be told 50% of the time they can't help me because "someone called off" or "register is down". I should be able to be served at a 24 hr gas station 100% of the time if they say they are open.

0 this is a very busy location cuz it's by the University of Akron so there are a lot of younger people there running in and out with her busy lifestyles too fast for me who live life in the slow lane!
The store wasn't very clean or neat the college kids and younger groups of people who are impatient have a hard time finding a pump, and it causes a lot of anger and confrontation between customers.

It be nice to go to speedway without being asked for money by a poser bum. Why I barely go to speedway unless it's middle of no where.

They'll let people sit 3 feet from the window and harass people for money all night after they lock the doors, but I can't use my debit card to pay for gas on the way home after work without my ID. The guy said the decision came from his boss. His boss is a moron.

This place has horrible customer service. The woman that worked here refused to allow me to use my debit card because I didn't have my license. I told her I had picture of my license but lost my physical copy. She refused to accept that, and told me she couldn't help me. She allowed the person in front of me to use a credit card without any form of identification. I will never be coming back here.

Last evening as my friend and I pulled into this particular gas station and not only did the parking lot look clean the dumpsters by the pumps were empty and the washing fluid was clean and filled we pull up to the door and the attendant polite young man walked right up the window and greeted me with a smile I had to give my order through the window he was quick and efficient when my friend went to the window the young man was very polite fast and made two slushy drinks that she asked to have mixed I noticed he went back and forth between both drinks making sure as they were both mixed very well joking with my friend as he brought them to the checkout she tried to leave him a tip he handed it back to her over all this experience was very enjoyable

Last time I go here.Used to go out of my way to come here.They lock their doors early whenever they feel like it and serve at their outdoor window.I was walking in the door the lady yelled WINDOW, WINDOW over and over and forced me out. It is raining.Never again.

My job requires me to be at work by 4am, I usually don't stop at this location, because its usually strange individuals standing out front. I stopped Wednesday morning the 20th of July, and I stood outside ringing the bell for at least 10min. I could see someone stocking the coolers but never acknowledge me until I took my key and tapped the window. The young lady swung the door open and said. YOU NEED SOMETHING, REALLY. I'Ialready didn't feel safe standing out here along, I just wanted to purchase cigarettes and go. what a way to treat a customer.
