Had no problems until I decided to terminate their service. I was 10 days into the billing cycle but they would not prorate, so had to pay for 20 days of service I didn't use.

This store was very clean and nice, their customer service was perfect and Vincent was wonderful and more than helpful to me and switching my phone out!

Spent 3 hours to upgrade two phones. The worker factory reset my wife's phone, before transferring her contacts and other data.

Clean and pleasing to the eye. Customer service wasn't very friendly though at the store. I returned equipment and canceled service due to cost per month being $35 dollars more than T Mobile so that possibly could have been the reason. I've been a customer of Spectrum for multiple years. They weren't mean, just somewhat rude. Customer service for Spectrum was difficult to reach/speak to by phone prior prior to going to the store but once I did they were helpful and told me to get a receipt for the return of the equipment and also get an email or receipt for cancelation of the service. I asked for something showing verification for stopping service and was told that they couldn't do that. That returning the equipment was verification of cancellling the service. So, either customer service on the phone or store was incorrect.

Went there to get a replacement phone since mine was dropped and broken. They had no phones, or at least said he wasn't sure about anything we asked about. He recommended the Canton location. We got new phones there. Whey is the Arlington location open then? If they have no phones?? Strange

Spectrum is a joke.if you have a flaw in your phone that is no fault of your own,don't even notify spectrum.they will send you to a store that they lead you to believe is there insurance company and as soon as the company defaces your property, they'll send you an email say how their real insurance will no longer cover your issue. They're some thieves that don't want to satisfy and make anything right,just screw you out of your product after you trust them enough to engage in a contract with them. This store and most in it are trash,the company is definitely trash and they don't deserve your business. They deserve to sink in all honesty

These employees need better training. It's no wonder people call Spectrum Rectum! They didn't have answers to a lot of things and told me I had to call customer service.

Was loud, overcrowded and there wasn't enough staff to accommodate the customers. Their routine was confusing and seemingly unorganized.
