A Guy that works at this location allegedly stole my debit card information, I brought a iphone Saturday August 3 and the guy looks like the rapper Offset, when I was about use the credit card swipe he told me to give him my debit card and he had my debit card for atlease 10-15 mins and he used my card Thursday September 26th to purchase something that cost $100. !!!!! Please don't give these people your debit card they have a scheme going on in that place .............

This was the first visit to pay my bill. The customer service representative was very nice and helpful and made sure my credit of 10.00 off was applied. Didn't have to wait to be helped.

I recently went in here to get a new phone and switch services.!The Manager of this location helped me figure everything I needed out. He was super helpful and honest. He helped me get the best deal and leave with the phone I wanted. I highly recommend coming to this store and asking for the Manager to help you!!!

Melissa was absolutely awesome! She helped me trade out our very outdated internet equipment. Then mentioned we could save about a hundred bucks a month by switching our cell phones to Spectrum from another carrier. Total time invested was less than an hour. Highly recommended!!

Had no problems until I decided to terminate their service. I was 10 days into the billing cycle but they would not prorate, so had to pay for 20 days of service I didn't use.
