Charged me $60 for one hookah, neglected to check on me even once, and was very rude the whole time I was there (except for letting me use their charger box). They were dead so despite all of this I had planned to tip the guy who was there (especially for letting me plug in my phone) but he didn't even give me the option. Instead he was very dismissive, as he had been since I walked through the door, and clearly took his tip by over charging me. Will never go again! That's a 20% or more I'll take to the cuyahoga falls hookah bar, which is closer and a lot more friendly!!!

Love! The staff here. Gina is great, always coming up with lots of different unique flavor combinations, and is super attentive about making sure you're having a good time. The prices are super reasonable, too!

Customer service is 10/10, their hookah clean and has almost every flavor but best of all their mint tea is so good. Definitely would recommend you to try this place

They are a fraud, whenever I get something from this hookah lounge there’s always an issue with the product, their hookahs and vapes don’t work, like I had bought a vape in less than 24hours and then when I tried it, it didn’t work and I went to the hookah lounge today to tell them what happened and they didn’t want to make any exchange or give me a refund but they rather accused me of destroying the vape whiles I never even got the chance to smoke it twice, I only smoked it one time. I am so angry with the services they provide. Their customer service is really bad and I don’t encourage anyone to go what I am going through.

Lively hookah bar with a great variety of shisha flavors, snacks and drinks Gina does a great job staying on top of coals and changing out hookah all around a great place to layback and hang out they have special events around certain holidays too .. they provide top tier customer service and everyone is so sweet and outgoing

I love this place. The environment is calm, and the setting is comfortable. MJ, the manager, is one of the nicest guys around. He'll make sure that you're taken care of, and your hookah is well maintained. This is one of the most peaceful places to hang out in downtown. I have gotten so much work done here.

Came here for visit from Michigan, and this place is lit. Love the vibe and the people. It’s pretty chill and good spot in Akron, not too far from downtown and hands down the best hookah lounge in town. Customer service is awesome too.
