Rudest employee I’ve ever seen. Older woman working the register on 12/16/2023 at 10:45 was horribly impolite. I came in to pay for gas and a drink and she was arguing with the older man in front of me about how much the drinks were that he was purchasing. He was walking with a cane and she couldn’t be bothered to check the price of the drink he was asking her about. I heard the whole conversation! She made him hobble over to the drinks and read the price out loud to her and still charged him the higher price even though I double checked that he was right. The drink was labeled the price he told her. Is this how we treat our elderly? Shameful.

November 15th 2023 (Today) I went and got gas and payed at the pump around 7:30 am at 10am I checked my bank account, someone stole my information from the pump and bought doordash and a Uber ride. Please be aware of this gas station, do not pay for your gas at the pump here they have those card scanners on their pumps and will still your card information. I called to informed them about it and they act like it really wasn’t a big deal and that it seems like it happens there a lot because when I told him he said “dang already” when I told him what time it happened this morning.

15OCT23 I received a gift card from a friend, it said to see the cashier and they said to try it another day??? Seriously?? I'll let them know I'm the future not too waste their money as sHELL. The gift card is useless. Amazing

I paid inside for gas then went to the pump to pump my gas and the pump wouldn't work. Went back inside and told the attendant the pump was not working and she stated that after a certain amount of time the gas sale would cancel if no gas was pumped so I could just pay at the pump. I paid at the pump, pumped my gas and went on my way. Checked my bank account and was charged for the gas I bought inside that I didn't pump and for the gas that I paid for at the pump and did pump. I called about the discrepancy and was told to give it more time on my banks end. Gave it about a week and I was still showing as being charged twice. Called again and was told I could come back for a refund and there was nothing they could do over the phone. Problem is I live an hour away. Just wanted to add that when I called I was asked if I was another person that called about the same issue. I see a trend.......maybe even some kind of scam going on by the employees......Going to avoid Shell Truenorth gas stations from now on.

The gas price at the store never matches the price on Google ever. it's always way higher at the store than on Google.

They now put ethanol in their gas, they were one of the last stations not to do so. Not every car can burn ethanol.

Love the gas and the station, but Shell a $200.00 hold on my debit card for 3 days when I get gas is a bit extreme don't ya think ? Even at current prices that's close to 50 gallons. Just be mindful folks.

I tried to buy a case of water and the guy said they were for individual sell only, or said he could charge me per bottle but it'd be around $20-$30 for the case.

They play music at an uncomfortably loud volume at the pumps. Turn it down, or better yet, turn it off!
