The experience was great. I bought my MDX in June and had some general questions about how things work. Max was great. He took the time and answered all of my questions and even checked on the possibility of adding fog lights to my MDX.
If there’s one area that could use some improvement it’s the waiting area. The vehicle I had before my MDX was a Lexus. While I was waiting on my vehicle, I couldn’t help comparing the waiting areas of the Lexus dealership and Serra Acura . The Lexus dealership experience is definitely better.

Matt Denholm was incredibly easy to work with. He was on top of all the details and made for a stress free experience. He gave a great explanation of the trade and purchase numbers. Matt has since followed up to ensure I am thrilled as the day I picked up my new MDX, I am. I also have to shout out the fantastic lady in Finance. Wow, she made everything flow seamlessly. Serra really made this buyer extremely happy and impressed! Matt & company understand the brand is luxury. Thank you Matt & the Serra Acura team!

if I can give 0 star, I will give them 0. I have a 2022 ilx. It is still under warranty. The engine light on and shows emissions system problem. I stop on Serra Acura for 3 times. 1st time they have me removed light and told me just gas cap didn’t close and system shows this error. After few days light on again. I find them 2nd time. They told me some valve dead. Need replacement the valve. They help me change the valve and remove light. After few days . The light on again. I find them 3nd time. They told me it is still gas cap did close enough problem. And I ask how about if the light on again later( my warranty mileage expires soon) they said they should charge me in the future repair for this emission system problem. After 2 days they turn off the engine light. My engine light on again and I even didn’t refill the gas, it means I event didn’t open the gas cap. I try to call Acura. Acura customer service told me try to find another dealer. I find another dealer and they told me it is sensors problem, need change a new sensor. Right now still waiting for sensor.

He was up front about the info he provided and took his time to help us understand the cost and finance for our new vehicle along with the many new tech features.
