They offered me $200 less than everyone else for my gold. They are the cheapest payout I have found. Female employee is very rude. She acted like I was stupid when I said that was the lowest anyone has offered me

Sam’s Emporium is the BEST jewelry store I have ever worked with! You cannot beat their prices or their customer service. All of the folks who work the counter are so kind and willing to work with you! We got my wedding band resized, purchased my fiancé’s wedding band, had a family heirloom silver spoon repaired, and had my engagement ring repaired all within the last three months and they have been so helpful! Sam’s is absolutely the best place to go for all of your fine jewelry needs!

Me and my wife got are wedding rings there I was 18 and my wife was 16 I was working for a very nice man named mister wagon he had a laundry shop on south street he was so nice he bought me and my wifes rings for me and I got married on his anniversary 11-24 or Thanksgiving but the rings came from Sam's and there must be something in the people at Sam's because I'm now 60 years old and me and my wife are still married thank you Sam's I've been married since 1990 so if you want your marriage to last go to Sam's and get your rings Jeff Mitchell

Tried to give us $400 for a 4 carat diamond top notch ring. That's theft. They've got jokes.Stay away.Editing to add: the ring was NOT in poor condition as they tried to insinuate. It's a top notch and quality ring. They just tried to get away with theft. Poor business practices.
