I like their discount system. They have 3 colors that have a possibility to be discounted, and although there aren’t many of those three colors on the floor, the odds are in your favor!Frequently there are beautiful vintage items.

Most expensive salvation army. The items for sale are broken or scratched by the workers. They stack heavy items on porcelain figurines and that's just one example. They would also rather throw away things that sit instead of lowering price. Sickening because company policy is to lower the price. $120 for a sagging couch .

My go-to thrift store! You can find some really good deals on the $0.99 and 1/2 prices items. However I think some stuff is priced really strangely. It almost seems like management doesn’t really know how to appraise items. Not necessarily an issue at a thrift store - just an observation ?

Very overpriced. Unbelievable that the salvation army would take free donations nd turn around and sell said items for brand new prices... appalling. I had to put some items back being as my total was not what I considered thrifty. I had two hoodies and two board games . 28 dollars!!!! No WAYYY! The cashier tried to make me feel bad that her cash register was from 1985 and it was a huge process to take of the two items I didn't want! Shame on her.

Kind of junky and in disrepair. Some of the lights were burnt out and I literally saw an employee using a flashlight to sweep. Trash was overflowing by the register and random stuff was everywhere in the aisles or tucked into corners. So obviously they are understaffed. That's not necessarily unexpected at a thrift store. The prices were completely wild though, especially in light of the fact that really nothing but the clothes were in any kind of order. The books/DVDs/LPs were jumbled carelessly but priced like they were at a collectibles boutique. Housewares were priced at 50-75% of what similar items would be new, although most were in rough shape. Pass.

Harassed for parking. I was parked in the front on the phone. There were no sign stating no parking there and there were no loading zone signs or other indications I could not park in front. Very aggressive and I did not feel safe. I may file a police complaint.

This review is about how they handle donations -- I'm not familiar with the retail side of the store. The front-line people who work there are excellent. They deserve 5 stars. The problem is that they need a way to accept donations at less restrictive hours, or better yet, a way to accept donations when nobody is there. (The donation hours are irregular -- not the same as the store hours -- and unposted, and it's hard to get anyone on the phone to ask.). On average, it takes many trips with my trunk full of donations before I get lucky enough to find anyone to receive them. I'd unload them myself, but they put up a big sign saying not to drop off goods when nobody is there to receive them. So, I end up hauling the load back home to try again another time. Not a good way to encourage donations.Update: I was finally able to get through to ask about their donation hours: As of now (Sept 10, 2022), they accept donations Mon-Sat 11am-3pm.

Why is this thrift store out of control with their pricing? Second hand clothes are supposed to benefit low income people. Clothes valued at $10-40 and even $90 is insane. Please do better and either re train your managers your do an overall haul. Those Prices are not okay.
