Why would I be anywhere in the world & can't access my finances to my liking??? OVER THE PIN LIMIT? ******G HOWWWWWWWWW? SAYS WHO??? FOR WHAT??? I never set any pin limit so who in the heck did?I recently left behind my card in the ATM last weekendI go to gather is after discovery and the "teller" just took every bit of her SWEET PRECIOUS time to simply provide me the card,EVERY STEP ZHE TOOK & RETOOK saud lalalalal I get paid to be here, no matter what you're gonna just have to have some extra patience abd wait on me because: I have this card you want and I don't have anywhere else to beI'm already at my destination?. It took everything in me gnot to snatch it OR HER [seriously because that is Just ROTTEN service].NOW THIS?.Luckily, I didn't give a MEASLY 1⭐ for this huge inconvenience/annoyance and the lack of customer orientation from the teller.LIVID!!! & Can't stand that priveledgedtype of attitude especially in the service capacity. It STINKS to high heaven.?

I can assure you that I am not a bot or an employee. My experience both personally and professionally, with S&T Bank has been superb! The level of caring and personal attention given by all the employees is second to none. They have always gone above and beyond for me. They provided competitive rates on our commercial construction loan, they helped walk us through the PPP process, and made sure we were not financial victims during a USPS stolen check incident last year. Five stars is not enough...they deserve 10!

I have dealt with dozens of banks and at one time had over 20 mortgages. S&T Bank did a terrible job with my current account and a new account I applied for. I currently have 2 commercial mortgages with them and I am ready to hand them my keys and tell them to foreclose rather then continue to deal with them.

Approved me for an account, took my deposit, had me set up direct deposit with my job, only to call me several days later and say because of a previous bankruptcy they couldn't give me an account and that they'd mail my deposit to me. Now I have to scramble and hope my paycheck doesn't go to an account that doesn't even exist anymore. Should have went with my first mind and stuck with my current bank. Don't be fooled by the bots and employees giving this bank 5 star ratings, RUN!

I own apartment buildings in Lake County, Ohio and I am VERY happy that S&T Bank in Akron is my mortgage lender. Benjamin Bates, Lisa Taray & Steve Hendricks help me run my business by saying Yes to my loan requests when other lenders would say they cannot do it. I have never needed to drive to the Akron branch, since they come to my business, if needed. S&T Bank is much easier to work with than many commercial lenders and their interest rates are good. I see why S&T Bank is on the Forbes 2019 World's Best Banks list and earned the JD Power 2020 Award for Customer Satisfaction. I REALLY enjoy working with the friendly people at S&T Bank.
