I’m, as well as others, are sick and tired of having to use a app to buy your product. If the younger generation wants to use them find, however,
the prices should be for everyone. You wonder why sales are falling, it’s because the older generation (who have the money) doesn’t feel they
should have to overload their phones with “apps” just to buy your products. Your sale prices should be for anyone who wants them, with or
without an app. I personally have driven out of your drive thru’s, as well as others, because they wouldn’t sell me the item on sale because
I didn’t use an app. This is discrimination and lost of business for you. Wake up - the people with the money to spend don’t want to be bother
with apps.

Went through the drive thru at the barberton location and I probably go there 3 or more times a week and the food is almost always cold something needs done to fix it. I called to let them know and I was hung up on. There's no reason to get Hung up on I wasn't even trying to replace my order I was on my lunch break

Awful, McDonald's that were run by Guy Sr and now ran by his son have went downhill so fast. The stores are dirty, staffed by people who don't care and it seems impossible to get orders right. 2 days in a row a simple 3 drink order was wrong. When you tell them, they look at you and say " oh you wanted...". It's ridiculous. Especially the one in Bolivar Ohio, and on Erie Street in Massillon, Ohio.

Get off your BUTTS and do some MANAGING - and if that means those of you picking your nails high in the crystal towner need to get your hands dirty on-site to improve - then I'd say your customer base deserves it... YES staffing is tough - so DUST OFF YOUR WALLET as you have expected all the customers to do so - prices have gone up and service and RELIABILITY have fallen drastically...

2:40pm Monday, October 31, 2022. Waterloo Rd. & Arlington McDonald’s. Never took order at menu board. Pulled to first window to order and was told she was only one working both lanes. Since no one said a word despite my constantly saying hello for almost 5 minutes. Told I needed to be patient. I left and will NEVER stop back at this location for anything.

I'm done with the McDonald's at 390 W Market Street. Today, I ordered an Egg McMuffin and there were egg shells in it. This isn't the first time I've gotten egg shells at this location. The time before today, I ordered an Egg McMuffin and when I got to work and opened the bag, I had a Cherry Cream Pie. Egg McMuffins are the only thing I occasionally eat from McDonald's, won't be patronizing this location again. The ladies in front were super nice, but whoever is cooking and bagging at this location needs some training help.

Went to the 24 hr one one on E. Market. 115 or so did not mind the line but the lady who took our money was playing with her ponytail then scratching her head. We did not eat the food just threw it away. Really. I get that they are short staffed but pretty sure playing with your hair and scratching your head is not acceptable. Won't be back there.

Yesterday I tried the new Spicy Chicken sandwich..... Absolutely horribletasting sandwich as well it seemed overcooked. I've complained in the past about some bad breakfast sandwiches and thankfully you have always sent me a few free coupons. I don't want anything! Just wanted you to know.I'm guessing cyanine pepper and mayonnaise ? Disgusting.

Closed at 740 PM on Saturday night 10/30 except for DoorDash. Might as well just shut the doors for good and let a responsible business restaurant move in. Not the first time and not the last I'm sure. Copley Rd and 77.

I ordered a sandwich from McDonald's on Frederick Boulevard in Akron my order was wrong I'm knocked on the window they will not answer next time I want to the McDonald's on Copley Road order a chicken Deluxe wrong order. The employees need more training.

I what thru the drive thru to order 3 sugar free french vanilla than gave me sugar free vanilla without vanilla taste like there NO vanilla in them. Than need to get them right or have something about is because every time than forgot the vanilla or something else. This got to stop or i will call someone high up to stop this happiness to me all the TIME? Then we move up to the three window wait about 20 minute. Is is the worst store ?1810 Merriman Rd in Akron Ohio
