Went through the drive thru at the barberton location and I probably go there 3 or more times a week and the food is almost always cold something needs done to fix it. I called to let them know and I was hung up on. There's no reason to get Hung up on I wasn't even trying to replace my order I was on my lunch break

Lots of issues with this particular rubber city McDonald’s. Unfortunately I hate to say this, but I think it’s actually from management down. John Bick is a good owner. He just has inadequate personal.
