Great experience with Erie. Just received an insurance review from Jeannie at Erie. Sure costs are going up but there are great ways to save as well. Also knowing you are properly insured is the most important reason.

Our original agent (Brimlow) was bought by Ron Smith when they retired. We were insured with Erie through Ron Smith for over 15 years. We recently left because of extremely negative interactions with one of the agents there. Her attitude was extremely disrespectful and when we left for another agent/ company our interactions with this individual were the ONLY reason we switched. When confronted with this info this person chose to reach out to us, not to apologize but to "defend" herself that she did nothing wrong. I was cut off repeatedly, wasn't allowed to get a word in edge wise and when I pointed this out she dismissed my concerns and decided the conversation was "going south". If you don't ever have to call the office this is the company for you.

Horrible agent. Yelled at me whose been a loyal customer. Promised to cancel my auto policy and she did not renew auto policy. She vowed to cancel my policy. Horrble people that work at this agency

Met with a representative name Jeanie she was very honest, informative and very interactive. Sometimes you want a company that gives you step by step explanation of what you need and what you don’t need. I was referred by a close friend and client of mine. I spent a few hrs with Jeanie to come up with a plan for me to switch from Allstate to Erie that benefit me in the long run & save me quite a bit of money. I look forward to switching soon. I’m thankful for finding this firm.

Cannot write business policy insurance with them, unless you have your auto & home insurance with them. Really?!?!?! Hasn't been an issue for me yet.

Would not cover our homeowners and our house is pactically new. Had auto insurance with them and I've been trying to call all day to cancel my policy because I got a better insurance company and they won't answer my call. It keeps ringing and ringing. No answering service whatsoever. Very unprofessional. Not answering the phone on a Monday during the day? I'm so glad we switched. Let's see if they try take my payment out automatically tomorrow but can't answer the phone. ?

"Can't get insurance unless you already have insurance". Zero help at all and seemingly long list of nonsense policies.
