This company is unbelievably unprofessional. We did a walk through as potential customers and they barely had any staff, the place was very unorganized and we found that there was no presence of management. We ran a analytical review and found that they dont pay their people very well or maintain their employee retention. So it was to much of a risk for us to go with this manufacture. I dont recommend anyone to do business with them unless they do a full turn around on how they conduct themselves in the market.

By the looks of the ancient website, they may not even be an open business anymore.

If I could give them 0 I would. I graduated from the Akron CNC training center Thursday 2/13/2020. They hired me Friday 2/14/2020. I told in the owner in the interview I didnt want it bc it sounded like they was looking for somebody seasoned. Which isn’t me I now need 4-6 weeks training inside a work place. I was told I would get help. Yesterday I sat & read a Haas manual from 8:05 am-1:30pm. At 1:30 pm the supervisor game me a blueprint. The blueprint had no 0 point. But I figured out where the 0 was coming from. The blueprint didn’t tell u what it wanted done to it or size of tools like they are suppose to. Nobody on this planet can write a program with out tool diameters & a 0 point on the print. As I brought this up to the supervisor I was told I wasn’t aloud to talk to the owner. I was told I wasn’t aloud to talk to the owner that they can’t afford to pay somebody to train me they need somebody that can come in day 1 & cut metal. Which isn’t me I told them I just graduated school. You guys are looking for somebody with 10-15 years experience not somebody fresh out of school. This was the worse experience job wise I ever experienced in my life. I am 28. I imagine they are close to going under if they are at a point they need some 1 to cut metal day 1 no training. You guys should be looking for people with 10-15 years experience & u should also be ready to fork up $24-$30 hourly. You hired me because I said $15 an hr. I said $15 because I am entry level & need training. If I was able to write programs & cut metal day 1 I wouldn’t of told u $15 an hr I would of said $30 minimum all day.
