Takes forever to get a medicine filled. EVERYONE there is extremely rude. Multiple times my doctor has called in a new dosage of a script I'm already on and they say they can't fill it because of insurance, I tell them every time, check for the new script dosage and they tell me it's not there. Everytime I have to call my doctor's office who tells me they already verified it then I have to wait on hold while my doctor's office calls the pharmacy. And chances are they don't pick up... Most of the time the phone just rings and rings and rings.
They used to have push text messages to be able to prepay for my medicines and set up delivery. That no longer exists.
I just transferred all of my scripts to one of their competitors and they do everything the right way the first time. I had trouble getting my prescriptions transferred but that was because they had to reach out to Rite Aid 3 times for Rite Aid to do it correctly.
This store is a prime example of why Rite Aid is closing stores right and left.
I hope the employees are looking for new jobs because with how much they screw stuff up, this stores horrible reviews, and their piss poor attitudes this place won't be open much longer.

I recently had knee surgery. Kelsie at the register is always so sweet to deal with. When she was done checking me out at the register she asked if I needed help getting the many bags to my car. I said that would be great. She carried almost all of the bags for me. She is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with

Can no one in the pharmacy answer the telephone? Ridiculous that The only way to find out if a prescription ready is to drive to the pharmacy. Not a pleasant experience when you are feeling sick. They could have told me on the phone that there was a problem.

Waited 5 hours for a med to arrive no show no call! Excuse was about a box I filled out which you couldn't change after you wrote in it. RX was still showing being delivered. Upon cancelation NO ONE CALLED! So what a waste of my day! When I called Rite Aid they threw the blame on script drop. which is the company that delivers for them

I am highly dissappointed in the call service at this S Main Street location. I have been calling the last 5 minutes and it keeps ringing and I need to get a prescription transfered so im able to pick it up. I drove all the way across town to get it, the prescription wasnt ready and it was called in yesterday. This place is a joke and im not very happy.

Something is badly wrong here. When trying to repeatedly call and transfer to the pharmacy phone is not answered and you get bounced back to the main menu. Prescriptions are frequently out of stock and rarely available on time. Pharmacist is usually so busy doing consultations or procedures that prescriptions are delayed. It’s ridiculous to have to drive to the pharmacy to find out prescription is not yet ready
