This pharmacy is almost always a headache to deal with. Waited on the phone for nearly 30 minutes just to get on the phone with a pharmacist and was then put on hold for longer. Whoever I talked to was short, did not answer my question, and essentially hung up on me without answering my question. All I wanted to know was if they could fill my prescription or if I needed to reach out to my doctor to send in a new one. It is obvious that they want to do anything but answer phone calls. I still don't know if my meds are going to be there when I show up. Unfortunately, it is Friday so I was really needing an answer to this issue today. I get they are short handed, but medication is not something I can afford to mess around with. I will be getting my prescription sent in elsewhere from now on. Today was the last straw.

Hard to get them on the phone, though I know they are busy. The last male who answered I do not know if he understood me. I don t think he looked up any thing. I' ;; just have to wait and hope the meds are right and my allergies are noted.

I’ve been forced to use this pharmacy because the Rite Aid on Cleveland Ave NW was closed, and I’ve had a consistently horrible experience. Slow service, and the pharmacy won’t even answer their phone. This is obviously fostered by Rite Aid corporate, so no wonder stores are closing. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere in the future.

Pretty much the same as the other reviews they are rude and unprofessional. They don’t ever answer the phone and when you go in they have an attitude especially the male pharmacist rolling his eyes every time someone pulls up to the window or the phone rings. My dad’s doctor tried calling numerous times last week and no answer. I tried and no answer. The only reason my dad goes there it’s right by his house and he don’t drive. What makes it bad and y I’m doing this is because my dad is on hospice and needs his meds.

Pharmacist at the drive through was rude, have been calling the pharmacy for 10 minutes with no answer and have been repeatedly hung up on. Once I finally did get an answer the pharmacist was rude and placed me on hold for 30+ minutes.

I tried calling no one every answer the phone. So one day I went in the store as I called and the phone wasn't even ringing. As if they turned the phones off. This is getting so bad corporate needs to step in and help this store. I have been going her for 30 years. Since it was a store in the plaza.

I'm so mad, upset and fedup! This pharmacy has given my nerves a testing! I tried to order my refills on-line several times and it just hour glasses, I tried 3 different computers and get the same result. So i called in my prescription and requested to pick up in 24 hrs in the late afternoon. I go to pick it up and the guy behind the counter says "its not ready we're behind" I was so ticked i just walked out before i said something i would regret. 10 mins later i get a flipping text that says my prescriptions are ready, after i was no where near the store anymore. Today i need more refills go on line and once again the site is not letting me refill it just hour glasses, So i call the pharmacy to find out why it's not working and no one picks up the phone, go figure. I'm transferring to CVS, why keep putting my self through this.

Seriously the pharmacy is a joke anymore! I have been filling meds here forever! There's MAYBE two pharmacists that are pleasant and respectful. The others possess a level of incompetence and disrespect I don't even have an explanation for as to why they are in customer service let alone a pharmacist. For instance today I called to check on my husband's meds which were called in LAST NIGHT well for one I had to spell his name THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and give his birthday four times for them to ask if it was something else. Then they finally get it and the second one still won't be ready for another hour??? Seriously this is ridiculous. Please get friend competent people back in this pharmacy.

This pharmacy make me feel like an inconvenience any time I go to pick up a prescription. There are a couple that are pleasant and welcoming there but most are very unpleasant and it makes me feel so anxious before going to pick up prescriptions. I use this pharmacy because of the convenient location.I try to pull up also and not ring the button but lately I'm unsure of how long to wait before pressing it. The one lady got so mad that I pressed it and I didn't know that they get notified once I pulled up so the next time I went, I just sat there for 7 minutes before the pharmacist happened to walk past and saw me there waiting and called for one of the assistants. I'm not picking up prescriptions to ruin their day.

I have been going to this rite aid for a good 16 years. Over the last 6 months I have disrespected and they do not have it together anymore. I used to give them high praise but as of today when they got my prescription at 12:48 and I just called at 4:15 to be told won't be ready till maybe 7:30. This is unacceptable and I am looking for another pharmacy.
