Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever! I have been repeatedly attempting to use this for the convenience to our home in PLX. Over the past 20 plus years we have never walked in and had our prescription ready. Again this evening after 4 days of waiting, we once again were told the script was there, but had to be reviewed by the pharmacist. If this location is high volume enough to justify the extreme wait times, I’m sure corporate would fill the positions necessary to provide a good customer experience. My guess is the volume does not justify it and unfortunately the pharmacist and/or staff just can’t cut it. I wish we still had the local options like Cope’s Pharmacy. They knew how to treat a customer! We will drive to Sand Run Pharmacy from here out just to avoid these horrible experiences. And Sand Run will even call and wish us happy birthday!

Super nice lady there that gave me my government population covid killa. In and out... now i hope i dont Look like Quasi moto in the morning when I wake up! I could tell you one thing I can feel the covid running from me now that I have the vaccination. Almost like a modern day covid super hero.
