I came in at lunch time. I was not rushed and she was so helpful answering all my questions. Now...I know why your appointments are always full!! Plus she did a great job drawing my blood..kudos, but I can't remember her name!!!!

I'm 90 years old and have been using this Quest facility a couple times year for a long time. For this visit I was not expecting that I would need a urine specimen. Ashley, the kindest tech in the world, patiently understood that I didn't want to take a bottle and bring it back -- I need a paid driver. She just told me to take my time, no rush, she'd wait. Voila. I came through just enough ! Ashley's wonderful smile as I handed it to her, made my day. BTW, her blood drawing was excellent, too. I told her I bruise easily. She made sure that I didn't! Just a teeny tiny mark. Give her a pat on the back for me, or better yet take her to lunch. Ashley, thank you!

Staff was okay at first until I didn’t follow one step which was don’t flush the toilet I was too busy worrying about making my pee into a cup and wiping it off with toilet paper. I accidentally flushed because that’s just what your first instinct is after you go to the bathroom. She said “I told you not to flush the toilet!” I said oh I thought it was just not to run water. “I’m sorry” and then proceeded to make me feel uncomfortable and like I did something extremely wrong when it was an honest mistake.

Essence was extremely rude. Kicked out a dad with his probably a year old son. I even offered to watch his son outside of the building that way he could get his test done. She then proceeded to yell at me for even offering. I just wanted my blood work done and not have it sabotaged, so I didn’t say anything. Growing up with a single dad this really hit home, and her demeanor towards it was absolutely uncalled for. I will be calling. Do better

It may be a trite statement, but I would give Quest a zero star rating if it were possible.The printout I was given indicated they are open until 4pm. Arriving at the address wasn’t pleasant, and proved to be an omen of things to come. Whomever designed the creative parking lot obviously has never driven a full sized truck.Once I finally parked, it took a couple minutes to follow the signs through a maze of corridors and steps into the basement of the building in order to find the Quest site. The first thing I noticed is a sign taped up that indicated they only test until 3:00. Being as it was 2:00 and there was only one person in the waiting room, I wrongly assumed I was fine.There is no receptionist or any living body at the front desk, just a tablet. In true form the tablet has a notice taped to it indicating that you’re not ot comply with some of the questions… brilliant. Anyhow, I proceed through following the prompts, then the tablet says that they do are not accepting any more walk-in tests today. Okay then, there is exactly one person in the waiting area, and it’s two hours to closing time. Excactly how long does it take to p*ss in a cup?!I will drive to Pennsylvania for my test before I will return here.

Wow! I was 5 minutes late and when I checked in the tablet (not person) told me that I was more than 10 minutes late and I would have to wait for the next appointment time (fortunately that was only 15” later). There was a sign in the waiting room saying to knock and wait for the phlebotomist if I was here for a timed glucose test. Well I was here for a glucose test. I didn’t know what a “timed “ test was so I knocked. An annoyed women came out and said, “I’m with a patient”. Wow! I’m just following directions. Pretty rude. I wasn’t impressed

Their phlebotomist, Essence, that did my blood draw was thorough and professional. She was very gentle and easy to talk to! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I went to quest today. The girl there was very rude and unwilling to take a walk in. Mind you I’ve been fasting for over 24 hrs and she refused to draw my labs.This was on 2/20/2023 @ 1pm.

Got an email that was sent at 7:35am telling me that the office was going to open late. Of course I was already there for my 7:40am scheduled appointment. Foolishly rescheduled for later that day. Showed up early and finally left 15 minutes after my scheduled time when I noticed there were still 5 people ahead of me.

Horrible customer service. Rushed here to arrive before 4pm, did so and was pushed away because “they are on their last appointment”, does anyone have common courtesy anymore or work longer than 7 1/2 hours?Keep owning that 2.8 rating review, no pride in your work, pathetic.

Had a very good experience,I needed to take a drug test, booked my appointment calling there phone . very easy got appointment right away.The lady doing the test was very nice and professional . It was the easiest place that I have ever had to take a drug test. Great Job 8-22-22 9:00( good service now a days is rare)
