Again, nothing but a positive experience. I submitted an order late on Thursday night and made an obvious error on a size. They were calling me first thing Friday morning to confirm/correct. Customized embroidered items included and they arrived at my house on the next Wednesday with the standard shipping. I'm pretty sure nobody beats their customer service.

I am a ****** ********** Basketball Official and will never do business with Purchase Officials again. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over my 22 year officiating career. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today from the ***** *******************. I just ordered 5 referee shirts and had points I could use but it was not an easy process to use the points that I have accumulated. I sent an email stating there has to be a simpler way to use use your points. I received an email back from ******************* stating You copy and paste a codethats pretty simple isnt it? I then replied not for someone like me. I received another reply back from him stating We can take the points back if you like. Well Ive been around a long time and have supported your company for years and I dont feel this is a professional way to treat any customer. With this said I will not spend anymore of my hard earned dollars with Purchase Officials if this is the way the owner deals with a customer. Totally disrespectful and extremely rude.

My recent order arrived very quick and everything was in great shape. Definitely looking forward to this coming Spring and baseball season. My only complaint is the prices for much of their equipment. It’s no wonder umpires are hard to find anymore. It will stay an issue until cost goes down.
