They are always helpful and help you figure it out some how. Never had anyone that wasnt happy to work there. Like the pictures of the vehicle is a awesome ideal. The only thing if all pull a parts could get thier computers the same on when we check in at differnt pull a part it shows what pull a part we check in. Cause if we dont have a stamp then they want to charge us again other then that its great.

This company will not pick up the telephone, instead they will route you to a robo representative. After bypassing the robot 5+ times in order to speak with someone, they hung up and dropped the call each time.Do better.

I'm giving them a two-star because some of the pricing at this place is ridiculous like a mass airflow sensor. They want $42 for it. Total when you can buy a brand new on Amazon for $27 and get it shipped to your house for free. Some things are worth the money, but things like that should not be the price that they're asking. I would definitely check their pricing before wasting your time. Going there to pull parts off of a car and them charging more than you can get a new part ship to your house.

Came in today to look for a few parts found the parts. A couple of the workers went out and actually took the parts off for me and that was great as I am an elderly gentleman. What a great experience at Pull-A-Part that I had today at the Akron location. Great staff friendly help what more could you ask for? The answer is nothing. Great job at Pull-A-Parts.

I came in today, 9-20-2023, looking for a drive shaft for my 1998 s10, and ended up having to get more parts than I initially thought I needed and didn’t have all the tools necessary to pull the parts. I asked for some help and they did more than asked. I really appreciate all the help that John gave me. He went above and beyond for me. All the staff did, but I didn’t manage to catch anyone else’s names. I highly recommend everyone on duty today to the next customers. You won’t be disappointed. Anyone in corporate reading this should take note on who was staffed today and acknowledge them for all their customer service, and going above and beyond what’s expected.

Got a radiator as a first time customer, found out my transmission lines were on the wrong side so went to take it back because i ordered one online knowing pap only had the same radiator, and failed to tell me there was no cash refunds. offered store credit but thats useless since i will not be returning

Sold my car to them they gave me more than I was expecting also came to pick it up super quick once they got here took them no more than 5 minutes to go through with the transaction and no more than 15 minutes to have the car on the truck and leave with it very good experience!!

We just got a used Jeep Patriot, sold as is. It had a broken passanger taillight, a missing mirror, and the radio didn't work. We had a three for three success today! Found every part we needed and everything works and looks great! So happy!

This place will over charge for anything they can, I bought a rack and pinion unit and they wanted to charge for the rubber boots, the time before ( 1 week ago ) I bought a climate control for a Dodge Charger and they charged me for a digital unit and it is analog I definitely won't go back to this place !!!!
