Love it! I dropped a 70in and a 55in tv off and he had them both done that same day.

Terrible experience with this business. I recommend staying away from these people. Will not return phone calls and will tell a bunch of lies when confronted. I would not even give them 1 star. BEWARE!

Good job done on the TV repair however.., the remote control that he sold me to turn the television on off up down wasn’t as compatible with the television nor was it the same name brand as the television so it didn’t really really work that well remotely. The set was however gifted to a friend.

Don't waste your time or money!! After paying $280 plus $50 for estimate my TV had a blue line in it and came on for ten hours. Called him and took it back in to be fixed AGAIN, went to pick it up and it had a crack in the bottom corner and he said we did it but it wasn't like that when we took it back in to fix it soooooo now it's unfixable!! Then he offered to take $100 off a TV he had and I'm like no it probably doesn't work!! So I'm out a 75 inch TV and over $500!!!!! That BBB sticker in his window is a joke!!! I'll be calling them Monday!!!

Horribly disappointed in how owner handled our situation. Dropped our tv off to get fixed(the tv still had the wall mount piece on back of tv) after a 230$ repair- we went to pick our tv up and noticed the wall mount piece was not put back on the tv or given to us-i proceeded to explain to the owner that i was 110% positive it was on the tv when we dropped it off and we needed that part to be able to use our wall mount. His solution was he was going to keep looking and if he couldn't find it we would have to “just buy a new one”. Basically leaving us with a fixed tv we cant even hang up at the moment anymore, and another expense-a new tv wall mount ….. wish i would have went somewhere else

You can’t replace a backlight in March and have it go out in September and say that it needs to be replaced again. The part was defective, so replace it!

Repaired the backlight of my TV in March of this year for $280 which is almost the price of a new TV but it was a Sony Bravia and was really nice so I had it repaired. I started noticing that it was very dim about a month ago when watching shows but I just didn’t worry about it. It went out last week and he wants to repair the backlight again. Says that backlights go out and he has no control over the situation because he doesn’t make the parts. He doesn’t now understand the simple concept that he must be buying bad parts as backlights last about 100,000 hours or 10 years. Wants another 200 to fix it again. Don’t go unless you want to roll the dice with cheap parts possibly working.
