Jared Taylor did an amazing job helping us set up our business accounts. PLX branch also stays open late most day in comparison to other banks in the area. Customer service from everyone has always been top notch. Highly recommend banking with PNC.

I was in the drive thru line for 22 minutes yesterday just to make a deposit. There was only one car in front of me. After waiting 20 minutes I called the branch to ask what was going on. They said it was a difficult transaction. I asked why, in cases such as these, they don't ask the customer with the difficult transaction to come inside as to not hold up the drive thru line. I was told because the customer at the drive thru might be handicap and not be able to come in and since they have no way of knowing this they can't ask them to come in. I guess they would rather anger customer that are waiting in line for over 20 minutes instead of being proactive and asking IF the customer holding up the line is ABLE to come into the lobby. This is not the first time this has happened. I would not bother banking here. Unfortunately, I manage a business account for a club who chose PNC years ago as their bank. It may be time for a change. Worst bank ever!

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, to cash a check and make payment this is the worst bank for customer service I have ever used. Why have a drive up window??

The people are just being a rude snooty and don’t know what the heck they’re doing. It’s like every other month I could take out on my credit card but every other month I can’t.There’s no rhyme or reason to it besides they just are not trained right.
