If you have a low amount in your account they will intentionally overdraft your account with the 7.00 fee just so you have to pay a overdraft fee

This branch management is appalling! Nicole Donovan at the Akron branch was not only rude to customers but spoke in a degrading manner to her employees and also loudly insulting people within audible range. I feel the staff could have been helpful but felt limited by her rantings. When attempting to contact the corporate office, I was put on hold for an HOUR and hung up on. There are plenty of great banks in the area, PNC is not one of them. Go to Huntington or US bank, or invest with Fidelity or Edward Jones. This is the last place on earth that will ever see a dollar of my money.

Attempted to set up office appointment with one of the account specialists to restart or extend aa ready-check car loan. The loan specialist deferred me to phoning PNC to get this done. when on a subsequent call I requested an in bank appointment with the manager of the exchange street office, i again was deferred to the phone and the manager refused to give me an appointment. I then called the PNC customer service and waited for 20 minutes on hold only to find that the first person could not help me and the second person would have to "apply for an extension" send me an email and then send me a check (eventually) and could possibly overnight the check after the process was completed. All I wanted to do was set up an appointment. get some face time to obtain my loan, and walk out of the bank with the check. The receptionist at the PNC at 135 E. Exchange was pleasant. the loan specialist and then the manager were not welcoming and were not receptive to my request to come in and complete the process in a streamline fashion. This is bad business and I was and am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service from this branch. Eric Lloyd

Worst branch ever I usually withdraw money from different branches with no problem. They gave me hard time and they waste my time with some b******* questions and I ended not having my full requested amount. I wish there's less than one star. They don't even deserve one star

Its crazy. U just put your card in the machine and press buttons and money comes out! Do that!
