This Planet Fitness is awesome ?! The tanning bulbs are replaced frequently, it is very clean, and the staff there are the nicest people I've ever dealt with as far as customer service. I would recommend this Planet Fitness to anyone and everyone!

The Copley Montrose PF is great, all are so helpful and friendly and the club is so clean. Only wish members would not sit on the machines and stream FB or videos and hold up others who want to get in and out. Overall good job

A good team of individuals runs the Fairlawn Planet Fitness. The Club is very tidy and the staff is helpful.

This is a nice smaller planet fitness. The showers were nice. Hot water. The gentlemen up front were very friendly. The massage chair was awesome.

Has all of the equipment I need for a great workout. Staff are friendly and it’s rarely crowded. It’s also a great value. equipment and facility are always clean!

Rude desk people. Will harass you if you are a bigger person and someone around you drops a weight on floor (discrimination). Upon trying to cancel my membership after repeated issues with rude/stalky/prejudice staff, the staff member on the phone cancelled my membership and told me all was taken care of for both mine and my Ol' Lady's memerships. Months later it turns out they were still charging her account monthly despite verifying that the accounts were canceled via phone. When we went into confront management they told us they don't do cancellations over the phone and that was our problem. They would not meet us halfway, would not explain why the employee said our accounts were canceled over the phone, and when I confronted them and said my account was canceled correctly why was my girlfriend's account not canceled when I requested both we were informed that they never do cancellations over the phone and that neither of our accounts should have been canceled that day when I called in and that the staff member should have told us we had to come in person, which they never did they said that it was taken care of. To this day we have not received a refund for the charges that happened after cancellation. To my knowledge the staff still does not give a care. Absolute toxic environment, unprofessional staff, terrible business model. I'm sure this can be a great place for many people it is clean and there is plenty of machine based equipment for beginners, but if you have any hope of pursuing actual Fitness or being treated like a human being for pursuing actual health and fitness this is not the gym for you, this really isn't the gym for anybody to be honest don't support these criminals.
