This store is overall incredible. You walk in and the staff doesn’t bombard you, but they’re immediately so helpful and just seem happy and content to be there. There is a manager named Maddy and she is one of the most helpful and personable staff members I’ve ever interacted with at any store. I’m always happy to shop here, and my foster animals are stoked when I come home with a fresh haul. The products are also top tier, and the store is very well organized and clean.

For the life of me I cannot remember her name, but I know she owns a hairless Dog. Now that being said, she was extremely knowledgeable. She took her time with me because I had many questions because I have a Sphynx And I was unsure of what to feed this little kitten. She gave me some samples to see how well he does with that. Overall, I want to say I will definitely be coming back to the store. I’ve never had anybody know so much anout Animal food than her. I appreciate her so much. I’ve been at all loss as what to feed this little kitten I have. So I thank her. She is awesome. And it smells great when you walk in.

Everyone was so friendly! The person working behind the counter offered my dog (who doesn't normally like treats) a treat that he LOVED so we bought the biggest bag they had!

The staff was extremely helpful when I arrived at the store. I could not recall the exact brand of dog food that my family normally purchases, but the manager looked up my information in the database and was able to take me right to the dog food brand that I needed. Friendly and great customer service!

The hospitality of the staff was unbelievable! They were SO nice. I walked in and started looking around and the manager saw me 10 minutes later then apologized several times for not greeting me. It totally took me back because it's totally okay!! The two girls helped me pick out the best selling dog food and we're super nice the whole time. They had tons of clearance items and the cutest little puppy treat bakery section! ALSO! my roman empire was the container of cute stickers free with a donation to the Akron animal rescue league. Definitely recommend.

The people are great. I am glad they keep track of what I buy. They even offer a credit for returned items. These then are donated to pet shelters
