“We were traveling from Iowa to Philadelphia, stopping overnight in Akron. We had a tire that was wobbling badly and we asked our Airbnb host where we could have it looked at the following (Monday) morning. She recommended Stan’s. I got there first thing and Erica was incredibly busy, people lined up for help and she was shorthanded. She got somebody on my car right away and they were able to get everything figured out. The price was very reasonable and they could not have been more helpful and friendly.
Erica is a total gem and the people there are absolutely OUTSTANDING. I cannot praise them highly enough. These are definitely the kind of trustworthy and caring people you want to go to when you need service. I would give them 10 stars if I could.”
“My mom has been coming here since I was little, known then as Texas 10. I only ever got my oil changed somewhere else twice or three times maybe, ever, and only because I was far away or something. I'm 34 now and have had 4 cars, and they've all been through here. I love the people at Pitt stop; relaxed yet quick, and always super friendly and helpful. I probably talk too much while they're working but it's only because it feels like seeing old friends. Highly recommend, obviously.”

“I went there three days ago October 6th. I went to repair my flat tire for my semi truck. I went there and 12:20PM and they got me started right away. They finished everything in less that 20 minutes and I left at 12:40Pm. The mechanics name was zack and he did a amazing job. I loved it.”
“Great service and very kind people! Prices are also reasonable! Triple A said I need and alternator when the power shut off to my truck, I had it towed to Wheatley Automotive who checked it out and seen that something was not connected to my battery! Not only did they save me money, they also provided an oil change and observed I needed 2 front tires, which I told them to please do that work, also saving me money! Appreciate the service gentlemen! I will be back!”

“I recently switched back to Vavoline for oil changes. I was going to a business closer to home but someone told me the place I was going uses refurbished oil and I don't like the idea of that. So I went to Vavoline. I was impressed because they did a safety check, checking my lights, brake lights, turn signals etc. They never do this at the other place I was going. I really liked the employees at this location. They were very nice. I'll definitely be coming here from now on.”

“Called in this morning, they had to get the tires in as they did not have the particular ones I wanted instock. They did an inspection and sent a video showing what they recomended and why. Which was really nice to be able to see what they were explaining. They even did the alignment when they where really pressed for time. I feel they took great care of me all on a Saturday at that! “Quick, affordable, and honest. Both my stepdaughter and daughter have had good experiences taking their cars in and NOT being taken advantage of.
While our regular mechanic was on vacation, a few things came up that needed attention so we tried David's based on word of mouth. Glad we did; he did a great job on both their cars.”
