If you get the chance to work with Joe Polevka, you’re in great hands. He’s an excellent communicator, coordinator and overall good guy.The repairs done by the shop were to my expectation. One small issue came up, but was dealt with IMMEDIATELY.Highly recommend!

I believe because I’m black and I have a nice car they messed up my car! Someone at this shop went thru my things had all my items in my backseat of my S90 Volvo I only brought my vehicle in for a paint job and got it back with the clutch malfunctioning. I made them aware of the problem and they said I brought it in like that I have never had a problem with my vehicle at any point. I’ve only had it since April and the shop had it for 3 weeks itself. They said they broke something with assembly and they charged the insurance company for it. Smh bad business for people of color are my thoughts….

Montrose collision always goes above and beyond! By far the best around. The staff is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you get the best service! Dropped my car off to be fixed when I went on vacation and came back to a fully fixed car that looks new. They even detailed the inside! 10/10 recommend to anyone needing body work on their car!Service: Body & Trim

My car was here for OVER A MONTH for a job that was estimated a couple weeks tops, and now is having all kinds of problems less than two months after getting it back. All problems related to the initial fix. I plan on having them fix their mistakes and then NEVER GOING BACK and will be telling everyone I know how garbage their service is. A total rip off

The worse service I ever received from a repair shop. Won't ever recommend or use Montrose. Incompetent repair staff. Had my car for almost a month. Ordered wrong parts, shorted the battery causing the radio fuse to blow and blamed it on a bad battery and added a new battery to my insurance invoice. Installed the new battery and told me my car was fine. I paid and took car off lot and less than a hour on the busy highway it completely died. My wife was driving in the left lane and managed to avoid all traffic and make it to far right shoulder. (76 right before Kent exit) Towed it back to Montrose and they wanted to charge me for diagnostic test and repair cost. Clearly anyone could tell the blown radio fuse was caused by them. (Radio and car drove fine prior to taking it to them. I drove it with the cracked/broken grill and bumper for a day and a half.) They didn't even want to go half. They said it's out of their hands once it goes to the repair side? I towed it back to my house, troubleshooted and found they also blew the alternator fuse causing the battery to not charge when driving. That's also something I told them check the very first time they said the original battery wasnt keeping charge. I understand one part does body and another does under the hood, etc. I used a basic fluke meter and found the problem. Not an alternator gone bad like Brian and Doug thought. I also found they used old clips that were prior on the car. Bumper kits come with new clips so why weren't they installed? I'm only one person but best believe if anyone ask me about a body repair shop I will tell them Montrose the worst. The only good experience I had was my many calls being answered by the three polite ladies. Then that was ruined by the incompetency of Brian and Doug. My wife breaking down on that busy highway after they said my car was good still plays in my mind.

We took our Honda to Montrose Collision for some extensive body repairs after an accident and they have done a wonderful work! You can't even tell the car has been in an accident after we got it back, it looks & drives perfect!***Special shoutout to Joe Polevka who dealt with the insurance/handled the entire process and kept me posted on everything from day 1! Joe really is a great asset to your company!!!*** Pictures "before" and "after" are attached.

Andre smith was a great salesman but they want you to post a positive google review before you even get done with financing he took my phone and did it for me, that's the only way they have good ratings.. financing is a bunch of liars .. would not let me have my own financing and to top it off lied to me about not being able to refinance after 2 monts she told me that i would have to pay a fee to pay the loan off early and refinance.. sorry but that was not true !!! they lied to me because they have to secure a loan for at least 3 months in order to get a kick back from the bank they finance threw.. and they totally took advantage of me with my trade in gave me nothing for it when it was worth way more and they knew it.. this all because i went by myself without my husband and I really wanted the Youkon so I was not paying attention to what they were doing.. stay away from montrose ford they are very shady and take total advantage of you and are liars !!!!!!!

Resistall Scam and Financing Issues: Recently ordered a new 2022 Ford Lightning through the Ford website and designated Montrose Ford as the delivering dealer. When I went in to sign the contracts I asked for a copy of all the documents. I was given a thumb drive and was told they were all there. They were not. Only a copy of the contract showing the final price after my trade-in. I called the salesperson and asked for a hard copy which I received shortly thereafter. Once I reviewed the detailed breakdown I discovered I was charged $1,495 for "Resistall", a paint protection sealant. I went back to the dealer and told them I didn't order the Resistall, nor was I told it was added. Yes, I should have taken the time to review the breakdown before signing, but I missed it initially. The salesman said there was nothing he could do so I asked to see his manager. Big mistake. The manager simply said "It's a standard addition they do to ALL of their new cars" and would not remove the fee. Additionally he said it was on all the Maroni stickers (the stickers they put on the car showing the sales price). I then demanded he show me the sticker from his files since I was never given one. At that point he jumped up, grabbed the contracts out of my hand and told me to "Get out of the buliding" or he would call the police. Within seconds I was surrounded by no less than seven sales people and staff and ushered toward the door. As I was leaving I also told him that their finance girl had told me there was a pre-payment penalty if I were to pay off the loan within 7 months. I had called the lender previously and they said there was no such penalty. Seems the dealership gets a "kick-back" from the lender (Not Ford Credit) as long as the loan isn't paid off within a certain amount of time. I'm a 68 year old veteran who was blatantly lied to and treated in an extremely rude and harassing manner. I don't expect to be "thanked for my service" but neither do I expect to buy an expensive truck then given a "Bum's Rush" out the door. I may buy another Ford in the future but it won't be from this deceitful, dishonest dealership.

If I could give less than one star i would, I purchased a brand new car in January and was not given a receipt I was handed a thumb drive instead I went home and popped it in my computer and discovered the financial person copied and pasted my signature into agreeing to purchase $10,000 in bogus extended warranties! I have spent the last nine moths trying to have these fees refunded but the choose to stall deny anything these kinda people are sick in a good job market they would still prefer to rob unsuspecting costumers clearly disturbing people they need prayer but I can't i can only pray they rot in hell .

Doug at Montrose Collision was excellent to work with! It was our first insurance claim and He answered all of our questions. The original place we spoke to said it would be 4-6 months to get parts in for the vehicle. Doug was able to get the parts in just over a month! After it was ready to be picked up, we looked over the car and found a few paint issues, but they were fixed right away. I would highly recommend Montrose Collision. Excellent Customer Service!!!

Needed recall repairs done on Explorer, the folks at Montrose were courteous and explained what was done. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and always had a smile on their faces.They will get my business
