Showed up this morning at 10:05a hoping to get a new phone. Left at 10:15a with the building still dark after sitting in the parking lot for 10 mins. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went here Tuesday January 30 to get phone service I have right now unlimited phone plan $25 a month cheap they have 5G data it's unlimited too with unlimited wifi I use my phone everyday it's good deal I kept my phone and number I recommend going here I don't remember the guy that helped me he was really helpful not rude very nice to me.

Had to wait 45 minutes for a sales associate to help me. I received a replacement phone needed a SIM card put in. The sale person told me it would be a 27 charge for them to update my phone, I should go home and read the instructions and try to install it myself!! My particular phone needed a special tool to open it up, which they forgot to send with it. while I was waiting those 45 minutes 3 people came in wanting the Home Internet all 3 were quoted a price of 49.95 to get the Service, the actual charge was over 100.00

Employees not on time. Tried to charge me $27 to switch phones when I did it for free in 2 minutes over the app. All they care about is trying to hustle money out of people that don't know any better.

My daughter destroyed her phone and I needed something cheap and easy. I usually have a hard time dealing with the salesperson at metro, and then there was Tammy, she gave me a great deal and got me in and out, and she made laugh! Just what I needed thanks. Thanks Tammy!
