I went there yesterday looking for a new phone and the lady was on her phone as she was talking to me which was unprofessional she did tell me the prices on a phone but wasn’t very helpful I’ve been with metro for little over 3 years and not once did I get a unhelpful worker until yesterday I think I’ll take my business in the other metro place

They never have enough staff. I had to wait 30 minutes just to pay a bill. 4 people walked out!!This is location is the worse one I've dealt with. Definitely makes me wanna switch back to boost mobile. The sales lady with the dye in hair. I do like Susan but of course she's not.yhere

I went to this location because the barberton store had no idea how to do anything. When i arrived at this location a young man and a young lady were working I wish I could remember the names but my memory sucks, anyway they had my phone number ported into a new phone all my data switched and out the door I went in 10 mins It was the easiest thing i have done in a long time and that is saying a lot for me as i dont get out much unless i have to due to some illnesses. But thanks to these 2 great workers it was fast and easy i would for sure recommend this location to anyone that is looking for anything related to metro pcs.
