The place and its services are fine , but there is an unpleasant guy , he wants to talk to you heavy and shout at you should hire professional people and willing to work not like this man who seems to force him to serve the clients would give 0 stars if possible for his bad attention . 👎

Been with the company for years on a plan with my mother go to this location at 4:40 they close at 7 to get a plan of my own to find the doors locked and lights on. When I asked the next door lady where they were told me not to go by the times posted on the door since they leave whenever and the lady alr left for the day.

South Arlington Metro T mobile is so ghetto. They play music while your trying to talk , very unprofessional, smart mouths and all. Go to the store on East Exchange St .

Bad customer service, horrible Wi-fi, and inept staffing caused me to have to make three trips from West Akron, just to cancel the service a month later. SMH. THUMBS DOWN.

I've been with Metro for a while now and they never fell to amaze me what ever they can do to help you they do it's not so much about trying to sell you a phone as it is trying to go out of their way to help you with your problems and get them fix and they are so nice and respectful keep up the good work you guys are great
