I came to add a line to Metro account. The lady working was very helpful and got me in and out. I have been with Metropcs for many years and most stores I have went to have been very helpful and polite.

Went in with the money and intention to buy a new phone. The woman behind the counter couldn't even hold a conversation to tell me what phones are available. Flat out told me "our phones are full retail and very expensive right now."I've been a metro customer for 5+ years.

Would have given a higher review but the new trainee messed up my account and customer service can't fix. He put the wrong number for new update and now that line can't get a new discounted phone for 6 months. More mad at customer service really since their system is unable to fix this. 5 stars for the employee and 0 for MetroPCS customer service.
