The team at carstar were very helpful I needed my passenger mirror replaced. Drew, the shop owner was able to order me the piece and repair car. Drew was extremely fast when repairing my car. Overall, my experience was great!

Someone hit my back bumper and left some scratches and marks on it. Everywhere I reached out to get an estimate was coming back really high. I ended up driving by carstar and reached out to them. The owner, Drew gave me a really good quote. It only took the day to get it fixed. I def would recommend anyone looking for amazing work with prices you can afford. The people who worked there were really nice as well :)

So quick and my car looks amazing! Went in to have part of my car buffered and painted and it was done within a day. Everyone was so nice and welcoming I can’t thank them enough! Will for sure be back if I have any problems

Just got my car fixed here after someone hit my back end. Not only did CarStar fix my back end flawlessly, they also went ahead and fixed my front end ( damaged from a previous accident). Drew carries amazing service along with the rest of the staff!

9/13/24 - 3/5 rating - Had a conversation with the owner over the phone about my previous review (below). Very professional and explained what caused my unsatisfactory experienced. Provided me with a new set of charger cables that were lost. Fate loves irony. My wife got into an accident in my company car and he will be performing the repairs on it. Looking forward to giving a 5/5 review rating after all is said and done.
9/12/24 - 2/5 rating - Got hit in my RAV4 around thanksgiving last year. Car did not look too bad. My fleet insurance company took a while to approve repairs. Was never given a call from the shop on updates and once the new year turned I began to call occasionally to check for status updates. Sometimes the shop would pick up sometimes they would tell me that it should not be much longer and ready soon. Sometimes there would be no answer. Come end of March I was in my new fleet vehicle for my job. I told the shop I just need to get my belongings out of my car and be done with this whole mess. My phone charging cable was never returned and lost in the process. I never did see my car again for the last time. Supposedly the sensors were being calibrated at another shop. I received my belongings in cardboard boxes. The owner stated it all came down to supply chain issues. That's understandable in todays economic market conditions, but transparency and care for the customer could have gone a long way during this whole process. Not having my car for almost 6 months is a long time! I was very patient throughout the whole process and did not want to bug the shop daily on the status of the vehicle. Also, never heard back on the whereabouts of my lost charger cable. Owner never got back to me.

My charger got hit in the parking lot and Drew over at CARSTAR made the process as easy as can be getting me a rental and getting all the work done on my car. The service is great/quick and my car looks amazing thanks to those guys over there. BEST REPAIR SHOP IN OHIO!

This has been, by far, the BEST experience I have ever had with a car repair shop! From the staff, to the ease of filing with coverage (they did all the work), to the service (car looks brand new) and even picking up and dropping off my car. They are now my mechanic forever. Superb
